The "Look"

ad

I've been lifting for over ten years now, and have used AAS multiple times. Every time I feel I get better and better experiences. Not because of the AAS themselves, but because I am learning and doing more and more research. Reading these forums takes time, a lot of it. I figure it to be very similar to school. As I learn more the more complex my cycles get. My question is how to get "the look"? I believe I have pretty decent physique, even just naturally. But I look at the pictures people post here and they look large, but mostly fat or water weight. Of course, this isn't directed at anyone in particular and I applaud anyone and everyone who is working towards a better physique. However, I have always been very thin and lean. I almost feel that it would be better to have a little extra weight and be able to cut away and shape my body. Instead I have to eat massive amounts of food, get a lot of sleep, and lift hard as hell. Dont get me wrong, I love every part of it. Of course, when I come off AAS, even with proper PCT I feel like I shrink right back down. The people around me dont see it so much, but I hold myself to high standard. I typically stick to a test only cycle, or a test and deca cycle with a t-bol kick, or Test and EQ cycle. But, I'm looking to get thicker. I've been lean my whole life. Check out the pictures I posted under my profile. Any ideas on what I might run to achieve this? OR am I already on the right track with the AAS that previously ran and plan to run this summer? Thanks for the input guys.

Put it this way, if you own a high performance car, you notice that the faster you make it the more trips to the gas station for more fuel, and you also need 93 octane or better to fuel it properly or it breaks down or does not perform right. Your body is that engine in retrospect; if you don't fuel it properly you will never get "The look." If you fuel your body, you will get the look.

This is about food only my man, not AAS. Real gains from steroid cycles with on-point diets, are small gains - make peace with that. You need to force your body to do something it doesn't want to do. Your bf% is amazing, respect, however, it makes me think your a of a physique type/mentality rather than a builder of mass (despite wanting to build mass. Fat comes with muscle, but by doing cyclical bulking you can minimise that which might placate your lean nature.

This said, you are doing to have to rethink your diet if you truly want to add mass and yes water and fat are part of that. However, for you, you are very likely to respond to cyclical bulking really well and if you need to break plateau's with food, you are also likely to respond well to heavy/nutrient dense foods like butters, nuts etc.in order to drive the calories to the point you need them to be at.

Have you considered Dorian Yates style 'HIT' training? It seems effective for the results you want, although I cannot speak from personal experience. His dieting was pretty balls to the wall as well. Also, I would talk to Makwa -- he is knowledgeable about packing on quality mass, if I am not mistaken. You have good physique, by the way (no homo).
