+ 2 The cheap stuff - Not as bad as I thought it would be
So I finally managed to match up a 9-day vacation window with one of our timeshare weeks early last month, and given my wife has never been to Cancun or Playa other than quick stops on past cruises, we booked a week at a luxury resort on the Riviera Maya. Despite having to spend most days traveling out to the Cenotes, Chichen Itza, and Tulum in order to cross items off of her bucket list, the bride did agree to a trip to La Isla mall in Cancun, and of course to Avenida 5 in Playa.
La Isla was an easy call for me, there are two Farmacias there that carry Sos Redis for under $25, so I picked up four of those and hit each glute and thigh that night. On consideration though, I thought I would wait and check out the prices in Playa before spending anything else, given the cheap 200mg Test E / 50mg Test P blend was $22 for a 3-amp box at La Isla.
That was a good call - In Playa, as long as you stay away from the big chain Farmacias like YZA or Paris, the smaller ones carry the cheaper brand for $15 - $18 shelf price, and I found a "Discount Pharmacy" near Calle 12 that was willing to haggle them down to $9 for a 3-amp box (typical packaging, red and white box with three individual amp boxes and three syringes inside, expiration date of 2017, and sealed with the manufacturer's tape seal on the outside box. All of the Playa Farmacias carry Sos Redis too, but they are fixed price at $27 - $29, and Deca Redis (50mg) are $20 as well. The Redis add up quick, and despite my worries about all of the horror stories I've heard regarding lumps and pain and test flu, I opted for 11 3-amp boxes of the cheaper amps, along with some Omifin (Clomid) and Tamoxifen (generic Nolva)...The tabs were $12 and $17 respectively for 10mg and 50mg 30-packs.
So 10 of those 3-amp boxes were destined to come home with me, but I was curious to see just how badly the cheap amps really did hurt, so on our second to last night on the Riviera, I pulled 1.5ml each into a couple of the provided syringes, picked a spot well away from where I'd pinned the Redis in each glute 6 nights earlier (the Sos lumps were already gone by that time), and pinned the glutes at about 9PM. No PIP, the oil went easily through the 21g pin, no lump, no problem. Took a hot shower and went to bed pretty happy...
And woke up the next morning with red, inflamed golf ball sized lumps on each upper-outer glute. Test flu from HELL, fever, chills, no appetite, all the classic symptoms. I came that close to throwing the rest of the cheap stuff out it was so bad, but when you're holding human grade gear that even the Doc at the resort agrees is used in treating hypogonadism in Mexico, and you're not sure where your next batch of pharma grade gear will come from, throwing it out isn't so easy.
So, home it came - (Won't put the specifics of how I got it here in the open, but when you're my age and traveling with a wife, it isn't that tough - PM me if you're interested), and five days after that 3ml experience, I gritted my teeth, drew up a single ml (1ml every 5 days is the plan until my UG gear comes in, then I'll mix 1ml of the cheap stuff with 1ml of the 250mg/ml UG Test E every 5 days for 7 weeks, then finish out at 750mg (3ml) until I'm out, then, obviously, PCT), and injected into my left thigh.
Very nice surprise the next morning...A small lump with no redness and no test flu, just a bit of pain, about the same as what I get with a ml of Mexican Sos.
I don't know if it is the smaller amount of oil (1ml vs. 1.5ml), or that my thighs have less scar tissue than my glutes, or that the really bad reaction only occurs with the first use of the compound, but the aftermath is like night vs. day. I won't rate the compound all in all until I've used it a bit longer (the oily skin, increased libido, etc. I'm experiencing right now is probably due to the gram of Sos I popped two weeks ago at any rate), but for now I'm just glad not to have to suffer the bad post-injection effects of the first couple of shots.

Just a quick update on the cheap pharm grade Test E 200mg / Test P 50mg combination I picked up in Playa - Anecdotes aren't evidence, obviously, but I have found that after the first 2-3 pins, I haven't experienced any redness or swelling at the injection site, any test flu, or any golf ball sized lumps, and I've hit glutes, thighs, and delts so far. Don't know if the immune system just needs to get used to this stuff (the Prop, more than likely) or not, but no problems with it whatsoever at this time.
Pinning one amp every three days at this time (about 750mg a week), lifts are up, appetite is up, oily skin is insane. Planning to throw in 60mg / day of Tbol as soon as it comes in and run the total for 12 more weeks (adding Proviron in a couple of weeks as well), then back off and TRT cruise for 15 weeks before hitting it up again.
In short, this stuff is cheap, and it is good. If your experience is like mine, the pain / swelling at the injection site will stop after the first 2-3 pins, and that pain is worth it from my perspective for the comfort of knowing I'm running pharma grade (yes, even Mexican pharma grade) Test.

Sent you a fr ...... Pm me how you got it back kinda interested to hear that part of the story in case I ever go south
PM sent.
That's quite a story!
Inretesting information, though I need to advise you to edit out the brand names, no lab talk in the forums. Just leave it as the active ingredients, we'll know what you're talking about.
He might be alright since he is talking pharma and it was a trip in Mexico.
Got it, thanks!
