Testosterone bloodwork
All doctors say to have your test bloodwork done at approximately 8 because that is when test is highest.
Does everyone here exclusively get bloodwork done in the am while not on cycle? What if someone works during the night and doesn’t get up till noon or something. Testosterone production changes during a 24 hour period based on a mans sleepcycle. A man that wakes up at 12 that will be the time for bloodwork because testosterone is highest when you wake up. And a man that wakes up around 8 that would be the time for bloodwork. I need someone to concur that testosterone levels during a 24 hour period change mainly because of a mans sleep cycle and the fluctuations are mainly not based on the location of the sun in the sky. Right? I looked but couldn’t find anything specifically mentioning any of this
