Rest, I had in my elbow. I just rested it for around 4 weeks, used ibuprofen and ice when needed.
If I have an injury I'm not a fan of throwing steroids or peptides at it too try and fix it quickly, I just wait it out and let it heal naturally

Going to agree here^^^

Had a tendinitis flare up in the elbow recently as well...took 14-17 days off completely from upper body and it cleared up.

Definitely wouldn’t throw too much juice or peptides at it for the healing process.

Perhaps maybe some natural over the counters like high dose Tumeric and some glucosamine/condroitin/msm

Those with the old ice/ibuprofen and rest method may work wonders for you.

Good luck! Know those nagging little injuries suck

Nope.
Get A.R.T. and learn to use voodoo floss

That will sort you

Thanx bro but what is the meaning of A.R.T?

Active release therapy
It will be a gamechanger

Most “wet” compounds will generally help, there are peptides too, but I would go through the full recovery process before taking anything due to the issue of you being too strong for your hurt tendon and re-injuring it. Don’t rush tendons, it’ll heal in time but if you don’t give it that time it’ll back to square one.
