+ 4 Sublingual +grapefruit juice

ad

So I'm a huge fan of experienced doctors( no names) and just recently became aware of sublingual oral method. Mostly for pre workout p.e.d.s which is proven to spike within the first hour or 2 and then decline. So you would get the best out of your oral for pre-workout purposes.. Also states that your ng levels will peak almost double while using sublingual, while only using half the dosage you would normally take orally! So taking half your usual dose sublingual will have higher peak levels over your regular doseage. Test studies were done on estrodial and should also work for adrol, anavar, etc. Tried it sublingual today with a sip of grapefruit juice to help dissolve pill under my tounge and it is definitely effective. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend giving it a shot.. p.s. grapefruit juice is also know to amplify orals btw!!! Also supposed to be less harsh on your liver! Can't go wrong!!

I prefer sublingual method (obv) and have noticed that dosage can be reduced just with sublingual. I used to use grapefruit juice as well in my younger more gung ho days but personally, I always hated the taste, not a grapefruit fan.
As for the liver, absorption via sublingual/supral/buccal avoids the first pass through the liver. I've also read bioavailability is increased by with some drugs as high as 40%. Add your grapefruit in to that equation and you could probably cut your doses down by an easy 1/3. It's really a win/win/win situation no matter how you look at it.

Fact on grapefruit juice amplifying many medications. Meds with lethal dose will almost always have warnings against citrus in general, but especially grapefruit juice... specifically pink, then red. It is a bit pricey, but I do love it. Good post, never tried the sub-lingual with... might try morning d-bol that way.

Trust me it works.. there are studies on it... peaks like crazy for 2 hours instead of the regular half life...look it up on youtube dr.t or google it!! Scientific studies back these claims! And it doesn't complete the first pass through your liver. So health benefits are included!

Just an FYI; I did ask my PCP why I should not drink grapefruit juice while on my meds; and supposedly it intensifies it by increasing its availability which also in turn reduces its time in your body. Maybe he's a liar, maybe he isn't. I love grapefruit juice and I am not allowed to drink any until several hours after I take my meds. You want instant gratification without the shortness of time, just inject it. My fridge is full of different variety's of grapefruit juice lol.

Well as stated in the post. This is info for increasing oral bioavailability for a pre workout.
