Considering the half life of dianabol the common idea is to split the dose. But what i wanna know is what would be the best way to do this.
One first thing in the morning then one at night. Since you grow the most while you sleep.
Or once in the morning and once right before the gym.
Since i take in my most amount of calories with in an hour of leaving the gym a dose right before would help in the gym for strength and help get the most out of my biggest meal of the day.
Or once right before the gym and one at night?

RustyhookerJust asking current stats. Real dbol does great at a much lower dose. Dont wanna see your bp sky high and fighting e2.
If stats are current, why not simple test provi? Higher free test, less stress, and more cash on the foods.
And yes my stats are current. I know im not a big guy. N im not sure how accurate those calipers are but i do check once a week for body fat
The lab test on the dbol is 18mg. With the label claiming 20mg. If i start having any issues at all no matter how small ill drop the dbol n just run my cycle without a kicker.

I split doses when using dbol as I find if I take the full dose at the same time I get a big spike in blood pressure and that doesn't happen if I split doses.
When I use it I generally take it with my main three meals.
If you are training for strength take it 3 to 5 hours before the gym with that type of dose. One of the biggest benefits to DBol is the glycogen loading it gives you so eat a lot of carbs and sugars in that period and hydrate well. I've experimented with all scenarios and that gives the best results in a workout.

How much dbol are you planning on taking? What we are trying to achieve is stable plasma levels so look at your half lives and dose accordingly. With that being said, I often can't take orals right before bed because they keep me up, so that time is out of the equation. Some, like dbol, can give a little boost in the gym so preworkout could be a good time for it. Multiple smaller doses throughout the day would be much better than just 2x/d. Just try to space out as best you can and don't sweat it too much.
So with a 40mg dose a day. I should split the 20mg pills into two so i can take a dose 4 times a day to keep things level.
That is what I would do and try to time one of those an hour or so pre wo.
