Hello ladies and gents, not sure if this is in the right section but I wanted to share an experience I just had.

Today I stuck 23g 1.5er in my ass. Nothing out of the norm, only today I decided I would move the injection site up a few inches.

So I stick the needle in and push down on the plunger, and right before I finish injecting the last 1/10th of oil I felt a strange shooting pain and by a reflex I didn't know I had I ripped the needle out, and I mean tore that bitch right out, and not in the same direction it went in.

First time hitting a nerve, and it totally sucked. I was thanking God after I looked at the pin and saw the needle was still there and didn't break off and get stuck in my ass.

My ass is sore as hell, and I'm definitely going to feel it in the morning, but I'm thankful the pin in came out in one piece and letting me avoid a very uncomfortable trip to the hospital.

Lesson of the day for my is always keep your hands steady while injecting. And also, avoid hitting nerves. It sucks.
