Sharp pain keeps flashing in knee

Hi all.
Currently using 250mg test e twice a week. I always get pip and test flu with this brand so gonna change it up. Anyway I'm getting flashes of sharp pain in the knee of the leg that I injected! It's painful Af. I warmed the test up. Shot it slowly. But still have the problems! Any advice?

Thanks for the all the insight. Updated today: The sharp pains in the knee have stopped and now im just left with some harsh pip in the local area of injection and a solid lump which im guessing is the oil concentrated in the area. As for the stats i use 1 and a quarter inch 23G in the outer sweep. When i removed the needle there was some blood that came out too so possibly hit a small vein and/or nerve?
Anyway i will see if the bump goes down the next couple days. And yes @Dr.BroScience i have ran TestE times before and never had Test flu but this is a different source which is shown as very reliable so im guessing its either a bad batch or my body doesnt agree with the type of oil used to mix it with.

ClassyChassisPossibly your quad tightened up and pulled your knee somewhat out of alignment. I found a bunch of people that seem to experience what you're describing and they didn't inject. So it could be coincidental. Maybe even a bone fragment i.e. "mouse" loose in there?

Test flu? and always pip ? From 500mg of Test E is extremely odd.
Your gear is probably contaminated. I would chuck that out on your way to the doctor. Nothing should be painful af after you inject. Also, stop with the quad/leg injections all together. Way too many possibilities to hit a nerve and injury yourself. Stick with glutes.
If it’s that bad I’d be on my way to the emergency room and not asking some dudes on the internet. There’s a lot of things we can help with, but a stabbing pain in your knee that you injected in with good technique is not one of them. Unless you injected your knee...
You could have just hit a nerve tho, how’s the actual injection spot itself?

If it was on right could he have hit the sciatic? either way he should just go to the doc like you said
Thats what i was thinking got a nerve it happens especially if your old ladys pinning you and you think shes out and just start walking away .. did that once ripped the pin out sideways.
If he pinned on the inner half of his thigh i suppose it’s possible. I always thought it was more toward the back / inner thigh, but i never took any real class on that shit lol. Tons of nerves in the legs though either way. But yea if it’s bad I’d hit the doc.
Your right it runs thru the glute and down the back side! Yeah thats y i dont pin my quads any more i always get pip no matter how careful and it creeps my ass out when my leg hops when i hit a nerve
Have you tried the outer sweep? I found a pretty good area on the top of my quad, but you always get a random nerve every once in a while, but the side of my quad is like butter. Only need a half inch pin too if your lean-ish. I’m never under 10% and I only have like a sliver of fat on the sides.

If your estrogen is crashed it makes joints pop and hurt well at least it does for me I'll get sharp pains in my hips that's how I know it's crashed check out your e2
