Hi friends! I am going to participate in color run 2013 in sacramento. I have never done color run in my life but wanna do this time. I have signed up with http://bodyonthemove.com/color-dash/ . So friends give me some tips should I wear my running shoes or will the color come out??

I would wear some shoes that you don't like as much just incase. Our color run is in August. Don't know if ill participate because of back issues but it sounds like a lot of fun and it better be for 50 bucks lol. I ran a cancer 5k a month ago and it was a lot of fun. I got medal and everything lol
