Remedies for numbness/tingling arms/hands
ad
So the issue is this:
Hands get all tingly and numb (think pins and needles) and feel as if they are "falling asleep."
It happens pretty frequently and there seems to be a connection between my elbow being bent (straightening arm so elbow joint is locked out relieves the sensation.) This kind of makes me think maybe its a blood flow issue? Anybody got some experience on this issue?
BTW - I am not taking any hgh/peptides.
I am taking 500mg of Test E/week

HeavygameMy guess would be since you are probably getting bigger, your muscles are expanding and cutting off some circulation in your hands ect. I've had this problem before and it seemed to go away after a bit good luck
Happens to me all the time now that I am much bigger, whether on or off gear. Never had that problem when I was tiny. Just need to straighten arms out until it goes away.
Perhaps u r pinching a nerve maybe? Does this happen while you are laying in bed?
AnonI say take advantage of it and give yourself the stranger.
RustyhookerAdded mass? Mine fall asleep tingle often with arms down.
Run bloods week 4? E2, rbc...etc?
I get this a lot and have had blood tests a few times and nothing out of the ordinary showed up.
PallMallThis is week 4, so not yet.
I have put some size on so maybe my body just hasn't fully adjusted yet.
RustyhookerPossible...
This sounds like a nerve impingement issue. More than likely your spine is out of alignment causing compression, inflammation, and discomfort. Try stretching, yoga, and daily inversion for home therapy. If this continues or worsens, it is time to seek advice from your personal physician
PallMallI think I am gonna give the stretching a try.
Maybe some tissue work with a lacrosse ball or something too.
basskiller89I used to get that when my E levels were high, could be water retention of some sort
I have the same - constantly. I just put it down to the increased body weight impinging on joints and compressing nerves. Just my thoughts. I have to sleep spreadeagled to relieve the numbness/pins-n-needles radiating from my shoulders down through my elbows. Some mornings my right arm is 'dead' - I have to actually lift it off the bed and try to get circulation going. I don't have a solution - I just live with it. It has developed more as I have gained muscle - so I'm guessing that sometimes we overload our body's natural or genetic programming and our body reacts.
I'm the same way, not on hgh, just test, and it seems like the bigger my arms get the more this happens. It's always worse after any heavy arm workout. I've been chalking it up to a pinched/compressed or just irritated nerve.
Glad to see I'm not the only one having this issue.....
I get that too but I also am on 4iu of growth.. the only thing I can think of is more water retention maybe from the test.. that can cause pressure on nerves etc that are usually fine.. I've never got the numbness from test but everyone is different bro..u on an ai?? Water retention from test is usually estrogen related
Had the same problem while on Test E 500mg, couldn't sleep on my arms and had also the tingling in my legs/feet. I think it has something to do with the high Red Blood Cell count caused by Test(maybe). I took some aspirin and it helped a little. After my cycle the tingling and numbness subsided.
PallMallThis is what I was actually wondering, if my issue maybe was my blood is thicker or something.
A slightly higher than normal RBC has nothing to do with numbness in the fingertips
Hello Sir,
Used to get this a lot off season when weights on the bar were getting fairly heavy, it was impossible to sleep at night as hands were getting numb and kept waking up. I could not relate this to hormone supplements, more likely overtraining and lack of recovery. Once restructured this aspect, never had this issue again.
Hope this helps.
Regards
I get the same exact way!
But I’m taking 6iu of hgh a day
