Purple and blue spots??
ad
Not sure if this discussion belongs here but I have been noticing purple and blueish looking marks on my delts when lifting. I am currently off cycle an have been for about 13 weeks and still notce them. They go away as soon as I'm done lifting but I'm unsure of what they are. Maybe tissue or cell breakdown? They don't hurt at all and I don't think they are anything to worry about but I want to make sure. Thanks for any input!

I got these marks as well on my rear delts when lifting. I was running tren a at the time and pinning ed. I always thought this had something to do with it.
Get some deep tissue therapy done. Case of blood pooling due to poor blood flow in the effected areas, usually occurring around scar tissue, damaged muscle tissue that isn't healing properly.
I used to get this around my delts, rhomboids, and traps. I get regular deep tissue work now for health and maintaince, haven't had the issue since.
Thanks man, looks like the old lady is gonna have to start putting In work lol!
I have these red lines running down my left bicep whenever they're pumped and I'm doing an exercise involving curling.. It's not stetch marks, it's three parallel lines about 1/2 an inch from each other that only stick out when blood is flowing through it (Using the muscle). I also had blueish and purple spots on my body before, I think it's from capillaries bursting.. I'm not sure. My red lines definitely aren't broken capillaries, since THEY'RE RED ....
Wardi77If fish oils or squats cant cure it, you are more than likely going to die....haha I am jk bro. As far as the spots you mentioned, I have never come across that, I do get marks on my shoulders when I do front squats though.
Lol thanks for the scare, I also get marks from front squats but these will appear any time I have a good pump going sometimes even when doing biceps or chest on the front delt, I looked online for answers but came across nothing
Read my reply; That closes this case. Weak veins/capillaries which burst upon exercise.
Thanks for the input man I didn't think it was too much to worry about, just a concern!
Wardi77lol I used to pop blood vessels while lifting heavy, my eyes would be bloodshot for days and my face red as a tomato, not a pretty sight.
