+ 12 PULL BLOOD.....

ad

I don't know about the rest of you but how many guys here get PMs asking about estro sides, gyno, sexdrive, low test, etc. I constantly get asked "why is my sex drive low, im tired all the time, my dick doesnt work, blah blah blah". What should i do?" PULL FUCKING BLOODS!!! Nobody can tell you what to do without a hormone panel and some data. What i dose my cycles and AI at may not work for you. There are bench mark doses for stuff but it needs to be treated on a case by case basis. If your going to ask for guidance please have some blood work so we as a community can help you. We spend all this time and money on gear and in the gym....take the time ti get bloods done si if your having an issue you have a direction to go. Ok rant over....

Baselines are a must !

Another thing i cant stress enough is GET BLOODS WHEN YOU NOT ON CYCLE AND "NORMAL". Knowing what your natural levels and reading are with a basic blood test/physical is very important. It will give yiu baseline numbers to work from when your on cycle levels are tested. It will also let you know if your healthy enough ti even be on cycle.

Bloods are important for health obviously but you need to know certain levels. so you can make adjustments with AIs, caber, liver support, etc. How can anyone give you advice if you dont even know where you are. Thats like asking me to give you direction home bur you dont know where you are...lol

Right on bro!
I'm guilty of this too..... I know it's not right but I'm like if everything feels ok it must be!
But I will pull bloods in a few weeks to see if my 35days in shipping hgh is still potent or not,
I just get to busy doing other stuff and need to make the time to get blood tested, I've never done it before so I'm also kinda lost as to where to go? Do I pay for it or does insurance?
Thanks for the incentive though

I once was on cycle and got my routine bloods done and my estro was like 375!!! I gelt fine, no gyno symtoms nothing. Got some bunk adex and that was it. If i didnt get bloods i wouldnt have known until i grew tits...lol

Cummin apart's picture

Yeah man, I totally agree!
I will be posting some soon
Thanks again bro

I think some guys also just want to talk about their issues rather than facing facts and looking at the evidence they've fucked themselves up. Bloods don't lie. Good post brother.

You're right on. They look for someone to say "its ok, you will be fine! Keep doing what you're doing"

Word!

Absolutely, 100% agree. Unless you truly really KNOW what is going on via physical / blood work then you are simply guessing.

Your quality of life should never be left to guess work and assumptions.

I agree 100%! Another thing I would highly advise is a keep a cycle log & be sure to include compounds, ai’s, Da’s, doses of everything, sides & bloods in it. I believe this is pertinent to learning your own body how it responds to each compound. Bloods takes all the guessing out, & by logging it you can easily refer back to certain scenarios. Everyone should be doing bloods regularly regardless of sides. Thanks for the reminder my friend!

This right here has helped me exponentially. I already journal/log each of my oly lifting sessions down to every detail and it helps me fix/realize current problems and to be able to reference back as well, so why not do it during AAS cycle?

Especially if you’re implementing a new compound, it’d be nice to reference back to previous logs to see if you e experienced certain sides in certain scenarios to rule things out, or if it could be due to the introduction of the new compound.

I also started laminating my bloods and attaching them to that day of my log- I’d suggest y’all look into doing that as well. It’s helped me adjust things in many scenarios

Well said... Dealt with this myself in the past. People seem extremely reluctant to get their bloodwork done... Not sure whether it's stubbornness, penny pinching, or what.
