puffy eyes

ad

I am on a "low sides" cycle of turinabol and anavar (with a TRT dose test base). I started the tbol two weeks before adding in the var so I can see the effects of adding in the var.

Something that I noticed at the pre-var stage was that my eyes were very puffy and I looked like Daryl Dixon from "The Walking Dead" (sleepy eyes).

This seems to have subsided after adding in the var. This makes sense as the var should dry you out but since tbol doesn't aromatize, why would I have swollen eyes in the first place?

I am not getting overly oily skin, acne, high bp, etc that comes from high E so I don't think the tbol is actually dbol or that I am getting T converting to E.

Is there any reason why 125mg/week test c and 40mg ED tbol would cause water retention/moon face/puffy eyes?

Thanks

high estro = crying like a bitch = puffy eyes.

Well, don’t worry if you have puffy eyelids then it can be removed with the help of several ways. Sometimes, your eyelids have excess skin due to which your eyelids become puffy and make your appearance quite dull. However, you can use ice cubes, egg white, aloe vera gel, egg white, etc. Or you can also try surgical treatment to remove excess skin from your eyelids and your eyelids will be no more look puffy.

Bro,

I'm not kidding about this. If you can force yourself to up water intake to 2-3 gal a day, one of the most immediate benefits is the loss of puffy eyes. I know it's a lot, but as a last resort . . .

Hi buddy hope your well,
Not having a pop at your advice AT ALL mate just pointing out if you and the op are from different countries then your measurement of gallons could be different to his. just making sure you guys are on the same page buddy as if I was to have 3 gallons of water (uk) it would be roughly ten liters of water and at 5ft 11inch and just under 17 st I think that would do me more harm than good lol

Measurement of the gallon differs between countries...? :-/

Yes buddy there is roughly 1liter more in a UK gallon compared to a us gallon

Not quite a liter difference. The main point is that almost everyone knows when you say "gallon", you're referring to the American gallon. It's a standard and has been forever.
I get your point as far as safety goes, but having to differentiate all the time is overkill in my opinion.

You know bro my response was actually optimistic. Edema around the eyelids is also a symptom of renal failure which I know from personal experience, unfortunately. Oral anabolics are HARD on the kidneys, far worse, in fact, than they are on the liver. The renal distress can be acute, not chronic and subside on it's own upon the cessation of the drugs. Always a good idea to take a peak at kidney function via a blood test when running orals. Drinking 3 American gallons a day of water may stress the kidneys a bit but certainly not to the extent of oral anabolics.

a lot of people report that var makes them drier and tighter all round. i imagine that this is what is going on with your eyes too.

its most likely the test causing extra fluid retention making your eyes seem puffy. i noticed the same when i transitioned from natty to enhanced.

this is also why competitors will completely remove test and a lot of other aromatising compounds before a contest - it allows you to dry up as much as possible

Sound like an allergic reaction to me mate...
Could be the product itself or even down to the fact that someone could of handle said product with latex gloves on, fillers ect....
Try an antihistamine see if you get any relieve from it. I've seen moon face but only on the cheeks and neck area

Tbol shut me down pretty hard. I was actually surprised it happened so quick. Didn't really think the minimal gains were worth it. Why such a low test dose?

Fake tbol or var!

Tbol is probably dbol, puffy eyes is estro? Moon face, is that what your getting at? If so op needs bloods or ask him to post picture of pills to be identified by his fellow peers.

Water intake?

vbsaltydog's picture

I drink at least one gallon per day of water while running any orals.

Low sides cycle consisting of running two orals simultaneously? Poor choice bro. From everything I know about AAS it's most likely not the gear that would cause puffy eyes.. But when/if your eyes and your skin turn yellow from this cycle, your LFTs are twice the normal limit, and your lipids are totally shot I wouldn't be surprised.

I am fully aware of orals vs injectables, first pass through the liver, 17 alkylated / methylated compounds etc. I drink a gallon of water per day and will take TUDCA if my values are out of range when I get my bloods. I monitor my eyes/skin for jaundice. I am taking tbol/var/test for a reason. If I didn't care about sides, I would be on Anadrol/tren. Thanks for looking out though.

Gh0st's picture

No problem bro. Don't mean to come off as a dick. I just wish more guys would consider health first. Why wait for bloods to take TUDCA? Start it now to counteract any damage you might be doing!

No worries. I researched the whole TUDCA, Liv52, Milk Thistle, N2Guard, etc thing and the general concensus from the more experienced people was that elevated liver values fall after cycle regardless of liver protectants and they are not really needed unless something is out of the ordinary.

Although I am taking two oral compounds, they are the gentler ones on the organs, and only at a total of 100mg / day.

If I were taking 100mg of Superdrol and 100mg of Winny per day then I would be more prone to take a gamut of protectants and get weekly bloods.

@KMC

I have filled out my stats.

@Rustyhooker

No known allergies. BP 120/70

@46n2

Body temp has been fine. No known thyroid issues.

46n2's picture

what is fine? What's your wake up temp and 3 pm temp?

vbsaltydog's picture

I don't know exactly. I don't take those readings. I haven't been particularly hot or cold in my environment at 75 F degrees.

Stats, you have to fill them out.

low body temp can cause water retention. could be thyroid otherwise
