I decided to run the aggresive PCT recommended by a substantial member and the lab work is 90 days after succession. The comments section asked that I follow up with my results.. here I am.

I did not take blood work beforehand and remains one thing I regret. For some reason I kept putting labs on this unobtainable pedestal both financially and socially. Moving forward I’m running every 90 days drawing schedule because my health has become a huge priority… mid 30’s and I want to responsibly maintain an athletic frame. Not to mention I don’t have insurance or a family doctor so Im very responsible for the outcome of my health.

To catch you guys up I was feeling TERRIBLE for a couple of years(2~3) I was experiencing heavy levels of stress and cortisol for a while that ate me alive. I kept putting myself into situations that caused me turmoil, I was in a bad mental space and couldn’t get out! Things have changed for the better about a year ago, and more so since the original post. I have a more stable career, living situation, and personal relationships which have proved beneficial during this process as well.

The PCT went very well. I did not experience any side effects during or after hand. If there were any they didn’t outweigh the shit I had been feeling for years. Today I feel better mentally, and physically, although emotionally I still seem a bit swingy. Not sensitive, but more so aggressive. Not often, but Id say once a week I get a good surge. I have been dosing DHEA 25mg every morning since the end of PCT along with a 60 day Tribulus supplement. Ive kept the same Vitamin regimen I ran during PCT consisting of a multi, fish oil, Vitamin A & D, COQ10, and Milk Thistle.

I could feel stronger, The weights feel heavy and gains are coming hard. Joints don’t seem too bad, I’m a little sore although Im in the labor field so Im generally a little sore. I dropped 10lbs by dialing in the macros but Im not budging past that.

My hunger seems average. I don’t feel like I could eat a horse despite training 3-4 days weekly roughly 1-1.5 hours which seems a bit off.

My sleep is great and I wake up pretty easily. Generally 6-8 hours leaning towards 8 most nights

After reading and comprehending as much as possible from some previous bookmarked and saved posts regarding blood work It seems as though Im back to normal in “ranges”, but I don’t FEEL normal. Better! Just not normal.

The areas that struck my attention were high glucose levels, and the low WBC and platelet count(thoughts?) I did recently have to get two root canals which were infected. I have allergies which could both be contributing to low WBC, also, I have HSV. The high glucose was due to bad diet over the last few years.

Best regards

Test is at 600 and I’m in my mid 30’s
I don’t feel strong when lifting
Libido still feels weak
Estradiol seems high for moderately average test levels
To name a few. Original post and current post explain most of that

Seems like a successful pct, might just give ur body some time to balance out and catch up. Stay training and eating clean.

Do my labs give an indication of being shut down? Seems normal on paper, I don't feel normal. Unless Im wrong for comparing the feeling of being on test to feeling normal. Im trying to make the right moves despite being late to the dance.

Your labs show you have recovered. The biggies LH, FSH, estro and test are all in normal range and look really good. The problem is you are trying to chase the high you got while running a cycle. Not going to happen off cycle and is the reason many people hop back on a cycle way to early and eventually fry their HPTA.

I think you're absolutely right, its such a great feeling. Living "normal" life is a drag at times and the metal well being benefits are a huge motivator for going on again. Seeing that Ive recovered and its been 3~ years since my last cycle I think now may be a good time to run another.

As long as you are in shape for it you should be ready to go. 3yrs since last cycle I would just stick with a nice easy test e cycle which should work terrific.

Ur absolutely rite. Big risk especially the older we get. Op did say he feels better than normal other than low sex drive.. we have no idea what his pct was, but he also said it just a update for us. Wish he wld have tagged it to a cycle layout..
