Hey bro I warm in sink and I take about a min per ml! And like every other or third I get insane Pip? I do the massage at least 5-7 min . Or can have three in a row no pip then bam can't walk!!!

Great read bro! Even with all the "normal" precautions my left quad is still more sensitive than right. Will hit it three separate rotations(over a month) with no worries, then the stiff shot. Lol.
I get the same with glutes. Never had pip in the left, but get it in the right with the same gear.
cdaddy7It truly is kinda mystery bc everyone is different fast for sure. See I may get it one shot and then nothing for several and then get it again and It's the same gear out of the same bottle. It's def ur body's ability to adapt
