Possible advise...New to TRT

ad

Hey guys doctor just put me on trt a couple days ago.. he prescribed test cyp 200mg every other week.. now my questions.. wouldnt it be more efficient to do 100mg every week? Also to those who are on trt a little advise would be nice such ad "cruising" and "blasting" advise.. not looking for cycle help just curious as to after a cycle how long do i wait until i start cruising again and is pct still necessary? Also should i still take an AI while blasting or cruising? Any help would be appreciated brothers.. im about to be 28 so trt is not something i was expecting to be on lol

My doc had me on the same thing 200mg E14D. After finding and reading the posts here it seemed that most people suggested 100mg/ E7D I asked my doc to write the script for for it this way. She actually had to think about it for a week and thought I would be ok at once a week 100mg.

Ye 100mg a week is much more productive, but is he making u get it done by a nurse? Because they would prefer it if u came to the doctors office as little as possible so once every 2weeks suites them more. If thats the case ask to do it yourself so u can do ut weekly or even better, biweekly.

An AI is an absolute must for both blast and cruise, a much higher dose is obviously required for the blast.

A pct when on trt isnt really neccessary since your not attempting to reawaken your bodies testosterone production.

Actually, they don't mind you coming by every week, bc they get to charge you the visit fees.

Maybe in america but not in the UK, its free

That settles it. I'm moving to UK. Got some friends in England anyways.

As far as the trt program... Not sure about there but you may know we have a few options here in the states.

1) regular physician - but he typically has some trial and error where he tries to match the dose with your bloodwork. Rarely gives hcg or AI bc he's not a specialist and most likely doesn't fully grasp the need for a wholistic program. His goal is to get your test levels back to normal; 500-600

2) endocrinologist or urologist (specialists) - typically very similar to above but the endo will have a better grasp on the axis in general and may include AI and/or hcg. Again, their goal is to get you to the 500-600 mark with serum levels.

3) TRT/HRT clinics (HRT specialists) - these guys have a much better grasp on the axis and fully understand the need for a more wholistic treatment plan, which includes test, AI, and hcg. Some will be more involved in your treatment than others, requiring periodic bloodwork. Some will generally keep the test doses matched with normal range expectancies (100 mg per week of cyp), while others will strive to put your levels closer to teenage range or higher.

I've never dealt with 1 or 2; only HRT clinics. The last one wrote 100mg cyp, adex, and hcg. The one I'm with now writes 200mg cyp, adex, and hcg per week.

.5mg is quite high for even a blast, i would do .25mg eod unless your heavily gyno prone. For a cruise i couldnt say mate i havnt got round to doing that myself yet, hope to be cruising sometime soon though. Hopefully someone else can chime in and help here. Surely the doctor would tell you what dose to take though?

I would personally split it ip 50 mg twice per week..but thats me and what im used to in my body and trt
