+ 2 Pinned 10mg Retatrutide This Morning
ad
I know some of you crazies take this much a week. I have been switching between two sources HGH and didn’t even think when I got up to pin my 4iu. What kind of nausea have any of you guys experienced when too much has been administered? I have a long day in the road to so want to mentally prepare myself lol.
Just to clarify… this was an accident. Thought I was pinning HGH lol

I need your day 2 update lol hope you still feeling alright
Nothing wrong…. either it’s luck or underdosed sauce.
When I've had nausea, I think it's always started at least a day after injection. Never the same day
Keep 2 buckets near by at all times.
so.. its been 11 hours... Hows it going? hahahha
Pleasant. Just ate some flank steak and sweet potatoes. Tummy is ok.
Wellness check: still alive bro?
No death.
Just get your house in order. Everybody want heaven but nobody want dead!
No nausea but the skin burn sensation was awful, same with the elevated hr. Never helped with hunger for me
I dropped 40lbs lbs and then I plateaued greatly. I’m burning through the remainder of what I have then calling it.
You plateaued because you have been on it too long, you need to take a break and let your receptors reset.
Absolutely correct. Gotta cycle Reta for best results
Bingo. I made that statement on another thread and some guy thought I was nuts lol
The results are in, you are in fact not nuts!
Good luck my friend and God bless.
RIP
lol. “I’m in danger.”
Gonna be rough ngl lol. Whats your usual dose?
6mg split MWF. I’m worried about the possibility of mud butt.
Okay could be worse, at least you're used to 6mg so now you just doubled your dose for the week lol. Get some zinc on hand you're defintley going to experience the skin sensitivity with a jump up like that. Itll go away in a couple weeks
Why do you suggest zinc in this case?
Whats your normal Reta dose? How big of a jump you made is important here. You'll be fine, but likely gonna be hard to eat and gonna have some gastric issues.
Down at 5% bf my ghrelin response is so strong that even 5mg Reta administered every MWF (yes 15mg a week) does not enough for appetite suppression. Doesn’t make me nauseous. And I could easily eat 4,000 calories of straight boiled chicken and rice lol
And yes it’s tested legit Reta. I don’t take tirz for better appetite suppression because I like the triple agonist aspect of Reta. Plus I also use it for bulking at low dose, so easiest to titrate down to my bulk dose than switching compounds.
If you don’t have nausea on 6mg and have been on Reta for a long while, I don’t think you’ll be too bad off slamming the 10mg in one go for your trip.
Boiled chicken? Why would you want to do that to yourself? Its ok to eat food that tastes good sir. And Reta "for bulking" ? That's wild.
Appreciate the post. I always enjoy hearing different protocols.
it also will help w nutrient partitioning and help protect lipids on blast.
Reta has more benefits than only weight loss. It helps with enzymes and digestion which can be paramount for some of us.
I am aware of multi benefits of Reta .
Always trying to learn more.
My experience, began to utilize micro Reta dosing to assist in blood sugar management. Was running a bit high for my liking. Worked extremely well for that application. Titrated up to 1mg per week, then 1 mg every 4 days, then 2 mg every 4 days. I found that to be way too much for my systems to handle. I was cutting on 1500 - 2000 calories and even barely get that down. Dropped down to 1mg every 4. After 4 months now, down 33lbs as of today.
Now may I ask please, I have never heard Reta "helps with enzymes and digestion".
I have only read and experienced the adverse which is slow digestion, nausea, stomach cramping etc.
Try to mitigate this with fermented foods, live yogurt, apple cider vinegar and other issue.
THanks for explaining how you use it. When I dump reta and use something like Eq I can eat like a horse literally.
Thanks again
I found that high protein, medium/high carb, very low fat eliminates all the slowed digestion/bloating issues from Reta. For me
100%, brother.
A lot of guys don’t realize the issue isn’t even the food volume sometimes … it’s the fat slowing gastric emptying even more on top of the GLP-1 effect.
High protein + cleaner carb sources + low fat tends to digest way smoother under Reta IMO. I’ve heard the exact same feedback from a lot of athletes running it during prep.
Guys especially need to watch out on refeed days. Keeping fat as low as possible usually makes a huge difference if you don’t wanna feel wrecked by digestion afterward.
Once guys start mixing high-fat meals with GLP-1s, that’s usually when: bloating, sulfur burps, reflux…that “brick in the stomach” feeling
starts hitting hard lol
Of course everyone responds differently, but mechanistically it makes complete sense.
I can’t eat ribeyes without wanting vomit now. It’s a blessing and a curse lol
Rice, sweet potatoes, lean meats, and eggs keep me fresh and ready. I can tell immediately I ate something I shouldn’t have which is kinda neat.
Exactly, Big bro … same here.
That’s one thing GLP-1s will teach you real quick, especially during longer cuts… your body starts telling you immediately what sits well and what doesn’t.
And honestly, if a guy’s gonna refeed, a ribeye with potatoes is still probably gonna sit way better than smashing 4–5 McDoubles
Most people I’ve talked to running Reta (tirze/sema seems be even worse) say the exact same thing you just mentioned.
I still just refeed with mostly carbs. Big bowl of cereal with Fairlife milk. Refeed is never a really fatty meal.
Though oddly I can eat eggs no problem. It’s butter and animal fats (like fatty steaks) that sit like a brick on me.
I did start taking a multi function digestive enzyme (enzymes for fat, protein, and carbs) morning, lunch, and dinner though. That definitely helps
Eggs digest super fast. That’s the only reasoning I could understand as those are a safe food for me as well.
I was worried at first because of the high fat content. But nope can down 6-8 eggs in a sitting no problem. Staple bulking breakfast for me is 6-8 eggs and couple slices of sour dough toasted and drizzled with honey. And some Fairlife milk. No bloating with that on Reta. Maybe some nasty farts later on at night that my wife complains about but that’s it
I don’t know the science behind it. I have experienced it though and it was part of what my trainer explained to me when my bloodwork went crazy from an anadrol run.
I just had to say the nastiest thing I could think of to get my point across. And yea dude low dose Reta + mots-c for bulking. I keep fats and protein the same bulk or cut and just massively increase my carbs. Helps maintain insulin sensitivity based on how I control my diet. Keeps you much leaner on a bulking phase. I highly suggest you try it if Reta agrees with you and doesn’t crush your appetite even at super low doses.
Thanks again for explaining brother.
Oh yeah, you got your point across with the boiled chicken, yuck.
Good luck. I never go over 3mg. I get results from as low as 250mcg when starting.
I am the same never go over 3mg and I lost over 55lbs on it, crazy how some guys just blast the shit out of it.
10 mg? Whatever for? Are you a big fat boy as Lee Haney would say?
I have never heard of anyone taking anywhere near that amount.
Get yourself lots of water and good fiber supplement or else your insides will turn to sludge.
The most I have ever taken was 2 mgs every 4 days and that was even pushing the envelope for me. Good luck bro
To clarify, this wasn’t intentional lol
Hhaha. Roger that. Well good luck.
Stay hydrated. Lots of water. Fiber helps. So does fermented foods & cider vinegar. And smoke a couple of fatties if your stomach gets a little funky, that should help settle it down.
So check it, Reta doesn’t hit me until 2ish days after injection. But I live in Michigan, so weed is legal so I always have a live resin cart on me at all times so nausea was never an issue. But I will say I do feel it at times. 2mg is plenty for me, could I go up? Sure but things just get worse from here
So I would be prepared for stomach cramping an nausea
Reta hits me hard. Harder than my buddies. On week 2 i went from 2mg to 3.5 and felt like i had the flu for over a week. Skin was sensitive, general malaise, nausea on level 10. I never puked but holy shit was i sick. my buddy wasn't though, so hopefully you don't react to it the way i do. 10mg would literally have me on the floor. Edible thc products helped me alot and so did promethazine. Keep us updated gang, i'ma be following this.
Will do. I’m around 6mg a week split MWF but this concentration is what has me a little on edge.
half life is around 6 days if i remember. The fact that you have been on a high dose anyways is rly good news.
Mark your bottles lol. Hope your day goes better than not.
I had to double check myself with my NPP/Mast/Sust dosing a couple days ago lol. Been so busy with work my mind is too occupied.
I feel that brother!
