I have to say I'm sick of people telling others they overtrain by looking at their workout agenda. Bottom line is you don't know how that person feels and/or heals so just keep your mouth shut, everyone always wants to worry about someone else. The only thing I will say is if your sore give your muscle a break for a day but WTF IS OVERTRAINING. Some people are more intense then you hence having longer and better workouts, deal with it. I look around forums and always see some nub shitmouth telling another bro "dude you are overtraining wow you have way too many workouts for that muscle group!" S T F U N U B. Different strokes for different folks.
Good day sir! :]

Actually, Dorian is a big proponent of H.I.T. and advocates brutal-yet-brief workouts of around 6 weeks in duration, followed by 6 weeks of recovery/maintenance training.
Nobody has ever won a Mr. O title by overtraining.
Haha this guy is funny goth. I remember a kid in school all those years ago like this guy. When a teacher gives you a math problem and 29 of the 30 kids in the class get the same answer it is generally the correct answer. This guy is the 1 out of the 30 who seems to think that the other 29 are wrong. It's a great way to go through life buddy. You will go along way. Just probably not in the direction wanted.
Everyone has their beliefs if you go around only believing what some bodybuilder says you aren't even your own person. So keep grabbing his sack but I would argue this point with yates himself. He would agree with me that overtraining is more so about knowledge of the game then it is the work out itself.
Think I'll take that "some bodybuilder" (a 6 time Mr. O no less and one of the all-time greats of the game) over someone who isn't even (was it) 185 pounds yet?!! You're funny.
I havent been on for awhile to see what kind of "nubs" are posting things, but either way these kind of posts are ridiculous. This gets put in the same category as what you are complaining about and you are doing the exact same thing your mad about. You mad bro? haha.
Well, since you're telling people to STFU and seem to have an attitude, I'll just offer this::
I train EOD....for 25 minutes....3-5 sets per bodypart, and have you outweighed (while being 7 inches shorter), outbuilt, outlifted, and outgunned....and 25 years OLDER.
You're young and cocky, so naturally you've got it all figured out.
When you get those 20" guns, then come on here and tell everyone to STFU. Untill then, stay on the porch, puppy....and keep doing those marathon workouts...You'll be in the same spot 20 years from now.
BTW...we'd all love to see pics of the wonderful results you're getting.
No no no you're mistaken. I'm simply saying "STFU" to nubs that tell others what they should do or how they should feel by looking at their workout agenda. Of course there are people that work out there arms for 3 hours for no fucking reason and feel that's going to get them bigger quicker. I call that uneducated. You just took everything I said in offense by only reading S T F U , which if you gather the info I'm saying some people need longer workouts, some people need shorter workouts, some people train intensely and some just work out for 25 minutes.
"Different strokes for different folks."
I would gladly you show you pics of myself but I'm weird about posting them online for two reasons 1) LE & my career and 2) I'm covered in tattoos so it would be easy to identify me. Gothic it won't be long before I am the same size as you lol you can call me a puppy all you want that's fine I accept it ( at least I'm cute ), but in reality you're not that much bigger. You can think I'm cocky and all that yadayada but the truth remains I'm just telling you how it is.
tread-mFine I dont! But you did lay it down like paint again!
ItsNoelNah you really dont wanna over train you dont wanna be in the gym hitting biceps 3 hrs theres no need for that
See but I call that just being a complete dipshit not overtraining.
AnonI hit double splits and worked construction for 15 years. No juice, lots of food and sleep.
AnonI'll add to that: my goal of the "the look" I wanted, I had year round for 25 years. My skinny little (6-1, 220lbs) Calvin Klein underware model ass was getting ALL the pussy and other MFers girls too. True Story.
That's good man I'm proud of your success. I got my goal of 185-190 a couple weeks back and now I'm like fuck being kinda big lets juice it and become a monster.
tread-mLol "Good day sir". Over training is a real thing brother. I did it for years and was lucky enough to eventually get in with some vets who taught me a l?ot about why I was not getting bigger or why it was taking so long to stack muscle on my frame. Turns out it was overtraining. I was simply not letting the muscle come to full heal before repumping and tearing it. Once I got around actual BBers and realized they were only hitting each muscle once a week and grew much faster and started asking qestions I realized that healing was actually the growing part, well that and the prope synergistic eating that created the growth/heal process. I was working each muscle as much as 3 times a week and got to where it was 4 hours a day for a long while there and MAYBE one day off. Waaaaaay overtraining as it turns out. So I hear ya on newbs giving advice they know little about but at the same time I wish I had known about overtraining many years before I did. It would have saved me thousands of hours in the gym and maybe got me to the place where I understood building is 90% diet rather than 99% training.
You were simply uneducated though causing yourself to "over train". I totally understand though if you have to put a name on it I guess. But all in all it's about Diet and Edumuhcationz.
tread-mwaaaaaay unedumuhcadeded!!! Hell I figured swartz and lou and all the big boyz had to be in the gym 8 hours a day so my 4 a day was just not gettin it done! Now I smoke a muscle half way to death, back off J off and finish it off and dont visit it again for a week and I'm poopin out of shirts with veins that resemble water hoses! Lol. I do find one muscle a week, after M-F training, that needs the attention and go in on Saturday and pump it full with lighter weight than an actual workout though. It just works for me though and of course the blast and cruise at my age makes it so much easier to hold gains not having all the pct and eat and train even harder off cycle etc. Its crazy because even though we want to be younger at my age I kinda have this feel sorry thing going on for the younger guys because I hated my off cycle time like everyone else does. Now I get to pin eod prop off cycle for the hrt and hgh daily year round so I dont have those off cycle hate fests for the guys who are on cycle while I'm down! Always hated the bastards starting cycle as I was coming off, like it was there fault or something!
ItsNoelTheres no over training only under eating
