No legs

ad

Wanted to run this by some of you and see what you think, i have a friend who is on test e and tren enth, he will not train legs. He says he cant do cardio right and keeps him from staying as lean as he wants to be... how bad is it to totally cut legs out like this (except cardio everyday) but work everything else,

Right on. Look at PAcquios legs and his punching power. Comes from legs.

Many men in NJ follow this principle. Its bad for business if you ask me. Legs ae the foundation. They should be the strongest part of body.

He'll become top heavy and fall over...

Most women I've talked to (or eves dropped on their conversation) find chicken legs to be a complete turn off when attached to an otherwise muscular man.

...And if he can't be lean; he can't have abs

How can anyone not love training legs? From day 1 when I started that was the foremost thing I aspired to have, some big-ass legs...

Sounds like he is just making excuses for himself. Nothing worse then a guy with a big upper body and chicken legs, just looks ridicules imo. Most people hate to do legs at first because they make you soar as fuck, but you learn to love it.

My brothas below are correct in what they said, but i would like to ask, what kind of cardio is he doing? It is possible to get a slight leg workout in depending on your cardio. Now it wont be anything compared to a real workout, but might keep him from some issues.
