Thanks guys for generally pointing us in the right direction and for keeping us safe as humanly possible over the Internet, I've received some positive comments along with some negative ones but that's just part and parcel of what this forum is about, we don't like the negative ones but it's down to us to just suck it up and take on board each comment that is passed our way.
I joined here almost 2 years ago on a boring boxing day and have never looked back, I thought that I knew a lot but fuck me was I wrong and guess what I'm still learning.
So thanks guys for almost being like another brother and remember. ....no fucking homo!

The experience on this board is second to none thats why theres so much knowledge on here and the great thing is that everyone is willing to share. Also such a broad spectrum of back grounds wether bodybuilding, powerlifting, mma etc all the info and help is right at our finger tips all you have to do is be willing to ask and listen leave your ego and attitude at the door. I am also very greatful for this community i dont know what id do without it

I agree good place and alot of good dudes and gals here as well I have learned alot and I try to help and use my exsperience on things I have done right and wrong.
Where else can you rub elbows(slightly homo) with a group of individuals that MEAN it when they are throwing around weight? Shit that's why I dont go to the gym...most of the people there in my experience, dont mean it! Alot of times we have different input or views on the same issues but the differences aren't a negative. They're different perspectives from someone you can respect, knowing they put in the sweat and work to form that opinion. I utilize all of what you guys post, have posted and will post!
AnonNothing wrong with homos m8 as long as they don't hit on me I'm cool with them ;) but in honesty I think what you've wrote is how a lot of us feel.... know matter how much we think we know (as I did when I joined ) there's so many clued up guys here that put me on my arse with there knowledge.

AnonHaha it's live and let live for me bro. As I've got older and hopefully wiser. it takes all sorts in life and sometimes the person you don't expect to know anything on this board hits you with a curve ball.
And that's what I find inspirational the under dog that comes up trumps.
Don't get me wrong the expert tags are here for a reason afer all knowledge is power.but I just like to bet on the under dog at times because sometimes they come through .......
