Curious if anyone else is currently having an issue with Naps processing orders? It's been 9 days and still processing despite Tx confirmed. They were recommended to me by a vet, but all i get from the napshelp is a generic response to "give it more time, there's a lot of Tx."
I can be patient, but just hate the idea of generic responses when i can see naps has received Tx.
