I've heard of guys get arrested for being black on Friday night, this got arrested for being a bodybuilder.

When I was growing up all the cops used. They were all in the gym - state troopers, city guys, the sheriff's department - quite a few of the boys were serious too. What happened? Bar room problem? The cop roid boys just had to show up - everything got calm. No sissy ass tasers. No billy clubs. Just sheer size.
He should of received at least a citation for sporting that banana hammock.

New York is going there with their "random searches" which they made perfectly legal.
New York's "stop and frisk" policy had been in effect for over 10 years, and every year as the stats have shown, 11-12% (roughly) end in an arrest and or fine. All this is in NY is a money grab by officials, but the people have spoken. Last year was the lowest amount of stop and frisks by far in the past ten years, and if the current pace continues for this year, that number will drop about 60% this year. Mayor de Blasio announced earlier this year that he wanted to eliminate this policy all together and it may be headed towards ultimately ending. By the way, every year just over 50% are African Americans, with Latinos making up around 30%. These are all facts.
