tread-mI brought tumeric to eroidz and stand by it! Lol
Changed my whole world brother
been on turmeric extract pills for 3 days and already see big improvement with my carpel tunnel syndrome.
I'd give you a +1 if I could!
gonna try some of that stuff. thanks for posting
How much tumeric per day Tread? I have been taking one 400mg capsule per day (300/100) for about a month now. I feel pretty good, my BP is definitely down, but I still have a bit of sore tendons in my left elbow area. I assume it does keep working its magic over time.
tread-mDouble that dose brother by doing that dose now both morning a d again evening.
Got it. And thank you for sharing your knowledge. We are not worthy!
tread-mLol....soooo worthy!
Just took my second tumeric of the day, I will give it a few weeks and let you know what I find. Thanks again.
tread-mSweet....it'll get so good and sexy to you you'll wear a condom to take it!
Lmao, well, that would be pretty awesome!
BigBmajWell, since you asked ME specifically :).
I take curcumin from SAN. It's turmeric extract at 1330 mg for two caps. I have been taking two daily. It's a good formula, but it's expensive.
CurcuMax (stop aging now SAN). With black pepper for synergy.
tread-mNice
BigBmajShit now that I think about it I've been using turmeric for a couple months now. I'm not sure what it is that's making me feel so good but my body feels great. I can't believe how nice it is to wake up and be able to put my shoes on without being in pain. When I was doing really heavy squats and deads, on a few mornings I had to have my wife help me with my shoes in the morning.
tread-mYeah brother it totally ended my tendonitis and have not had a single bit of BP trouble on cycle when taking it....love it
BigBmajTake a yoga class. Since I've been going 3 times a week my body feels great. I was always in pain. I think it has to do with getting some length to the muscle fibers, taking pressure off the tendons and ligaments.
I can't even explain how much things have improved since I've been serious about yoga. I keep mentioning it because it's been that substantial. Try it for three weeks I can almost guarantee you will feel awesome, if you find a good class.
Great to hear that yoga helped. I had a serious cyatic verve flare up about 6 months ago. It was the worst pain I have been in for a long time.
Anyway, lack of mobility in the leg and pain from my neck to Achilles, Yoga fixed it. It took about 3 months, and I can do heavy squats, dead's, and leg presses again.
Thanks to yoga and a strict stretching routine, my tendon issues as a whole have subsided.
my gym offers it for free but, i feel discouraged since there is only women is the classes..
BigBmajWhy should that be discouraging?
I really wouldn't mention it if I didn't think it would seriously help.
Does being the big guy around a bunch of cute girls really ever seem like a bad idea?
I've got a few of the really big guys taking classes here now. Most of them have such bad cardio and flexibility they have a very hard time. Finding a good class is essential tho. I recommend looking for a hot studio if that's not offered at your gym. It's like heating up glass to make it moldable.
I'm happy to see that Pank is doing it so he can back me up.
It's been around longer than Jesus there must be something to it.
I started doing it when I got wounded. Caught a piece of shrapnel in my back/scapula region. It limited my range of motion even after rehab. So my wife who has been doing yoga for years said to me come try this I know it will increase your range of motion and lessen the pain.
Since she is so smart and makes me so often feel dumb I have learned to trust her advice on issues she is well versed in. Sure enough it did what rehab didn't accomplish. Now I do it for over all stretching and strengthening, it is awesome!
Why?? I would be encourage lol. Just ask the ladies to take it easy on you. Brother yoga is no joke I do it anyone who gives you a hard time tell them to get their weak ass in a class:)
Alflutop is known to help tendons strengthen and repair. It's a water based inject that can be ran ed or eod for 21 days.
Was just asking round myself about this as my tendon in the front of my delt kills when I do incline bench.
I was told to take a multi mineral that contains things like zinc, magnesium etc etc. gonna start incorporating them in my vitamin stacks. Also - lots if stretching, obviously.
Are you small boned? Usually tendon and ligament issues tend to go with that where the muscles can lift more weights than they can support.
Regardless drinking a lot of filtered water lubricates joints and tendons. Lots of Vitamin C, Condroiton and Glucosamine Sulfate help heal connective tissue.
Start with light weight to get blod to the area, and increase. This reduces the risk of further injury.
Tumeric is worth of Shit!..Just Overated, tried it before my Deca cycle for 4 months and Never did Shit!....Just being straight forward with my comments, Nothing Else!
I have never tried Tumeric because of stomach issues but many report good results. Nothing wrong giving your experience but it doesn't mean it is shit for everyone either.
I heard Tumeric is exceptional for this. Unless you have gastric issues then stay away form it or it will exasperate it. Also MSM is very good.
Ace VenturaGo lighter and warm up more. Also deep tissue massage.
Deca= Bottom Line!
Shit Works!, Take it from a 46 y/o with joints shut to shits!
Just cover yourself with Caber or Bromo to have handy for the dreaded "Deca Dick", a Must indeed!
AnonTime off ! Rest it and ice it or heat and message the areas ! Rest rest rest them tendons and work on tendon strengthening exercises
What do you consider a tendon strengthening exercise?
I think you should first use the traditional treatments, i know it's hard but you have to take some time off, put some ice no more than 10 min at a time.
Your body tells you someting, if you don't listen you will end up permanently injured
I know by experience!
AnonTB-500
Wobenzyme
Tumeric
AnonSerrapeptase is another good one. ClassyChassis filled me in on this
That's going to help me a lot as well.. +1
I have to say I was quite lazy to do any research as to why my tendons hurt so bad after a good day at the gym.
Anonalso supps that help NO production will force more bloods to the outer extremities providing relief.
You are terribly helpful. An encyclopedia at the least haha. I will try some of the methods you mentioned, as you seem to know best.

AnonClick my profile and then posts and go to "MUTA HEALING PROTOCOL" it discuses more in depth
Wow, I had never heard of tb-500 before this thread. Sounds like some pretty awesome stuff!
