Alot of juice alot of esters.
Enanthate, decaonate, ace, hex.
Likely under rotation and over volume of oil.
Likely the tri tren, the ace gives a bite for a bit then goes away.
Lumps are just your bodies defence mechanisms doing what they are supposed too, it detects a foreign substance invading and surrounds it with certain chemicals to try and prevent it spreading.
That is normal, if its hot, red, over swollen, your limping or your leg is restricted with movement, you pinned wrong, too deep, not deep enough, missed the muscle or hit something like a nerve or vein etc.
Most common is too much oil like thinking they can jab 3mls of 3 compounds when they should be doing half that or they went sub q instead of i.m.
Your body only wants and uses the hormone.
The oil goes in and goes through processes in our system before released and utilised.
One of the processes is crystilization in the muscle.
Thats what can hurt you a bit aswell.
The more juice volume injected into site the more crystals to hurt.

I hope you didnt inject into a muscle that was still sore from the previous, that would be stupid.
Theres no infections so gear and sterile pinning must of been ok.

2 weeks before pinning same muscle.
Some can get away with 10 days but 2 weeks is safest.

Although you done a stupid cycle with tri tren and deca you dont sound like a seasoned user your physique also tells me your not a full time steroid junky and obviously i dont agree with your cycle.

Dont favor particular muscles when pinning mate.
You will build up scar tissue and it will hurt down the track, it goes crunchy and you will hear the pin go through it and it will hurt.
My delts are full of it, i very rarely even use them anymore and my quads have noticable chunks missing these days from abuse when younger.

Take it seriously or dont do it, myself and others have been in hospitals over the years with infections from pinning.
Staph.
Cellulitis.
Septic.
It goes in that order and can result in amputation or death.
When you go septic organs start failing.
I had a cardiac arrest and no pulse when i arrived at emergency, that was only 6 days after the pin and id been doubling up on oral anti biotics.
I was close to death that time.
That was from an over volume shot of high dose gear.
