Losing fat and gaining muscle on cycle your thoughts?
I think its quite possible contrary to what some people around here post.....
and if your body is in an anabolic state from the right amount of gear and positive nitrogen balance from a high protein diet it can synthesize the high amounts of protein in your diet to build muscle while it uses your excess bodyfat for metabolic functions.....
here's a quote from another site:
"Consuming plenty of protein allows you to anabolize muscular tissue at the same or greater rate than it is catabolized. Muscle tissue is always being turned over to some extent, so intake of protein allows you to put it back where it was, instead of just consuming it. Meanwhile, a carbohydrate depletion is forcing your lipid metabolism to break down esterified fats into free fatty acids, which are then metabolized and the resulting Ac-CoA (acetyl-Coenzyme A) is used primarily in gluconeogenesis."

Ever try to chase two rabbits?? Moral of the story??They both get away.
It's quite possible to gain lean mass and decrease body fat percentage at the same time but in my opinion starting point, genetics, and metabolism determine how feasible it is. Keep in mind you don't necessarily have to decrease adipose tissue to decrease body fat "percentage" though.
illusional gains
Much better off doing one thing excellently than two things half assed. Focus on losing the fat, then build the muscle. Trying to do both simultaneously will just leave you spinning your wheels
Here are my thoughts. Very inefficient way to go about doing things. Like trying to ride two horses with one ass. Lose your fat then build the muscle. You will lose more fat quicker and gain more muscle faster doing it that way then trying to recomp.

Sir,
Wow, this link should be on the main page of eRoids. Thank you!!!
Regards
Perfect reply.
basskiller89I'm just here for the metaphors
Almost caught the squirrels lol they're so quick
I have a couple more but I didn't want to throw them all out there at once.
basskiller89It's all about longevity lol
LEANING-MACHINEI shoot for a balance as it seems that theories are always contradicting. I really learn best from trial and error. I use to try diet plans but ultimately it came back to trial and error and knowing my body. At one point Id have too many carbs, gained a bit of fat, one time not enough carbs, lost muscle and strength. Im really looking for a better balance
Post your correct stats..
quickmaths22are you hating because i'm short? wtf
So your telling me your 4 11 150 lbs and your eating 400 grams of protein a day and your losing fat?
quickmaths22don't quite understand your question it doesn't make sense .
How many calories are you consuming a day? This is also your big opportunity . Post a dated picture. Then take another at the end of the cycle...
quickmaths22oh you meant "so you're" sorry ;)
when you have a picture up i'lll think about it
Your not gonna last here if you don't figure out where you are. At neg 11 just be quiet. You have no business saying anything other than thanks. Or you can just get banned.
Here's some quick math:
Ask for opinions + butt hurt over contrary opinions + (snarky + surly attitude) = -karma
quickmaths22oh no the -karma, can I buy roids or real life things with it? lol
Actually yes, getting into a promo usually requires some karma.
Acting like a grownup however is a requirement to hanging out here.
No but I’ve pmed Makwa and several other members several times for advice. Been in a few promos. Lost karma gained karma. The information is now mine. That’s what this site is about. Matter of fact some of my most valuable info is from a member I never even liked. However I do respect him.
I’ve posted plenty.
Sam I Am has proven himself many times on here.
Hating is a work used to replace jealousy so I’m going to say no...
Can you post a picture
Whats the question? Yes losing fat and gaining muscle is very real....you just have to be very smart about it. Your right.
quickmaths22just curious on what people think about it, I've been researching the science and process behind it compared to how some people on here just sraight out say "no its not possible" without knowing anything and just reiterating other answers they see online.
Like you just did here in your post?
quickmaths22no cause I have actual information to back my opinions instead of a straight yes or no
Wrong, you have bias. You are doing exactly the thing you think others are doing.
You are scientifically correct, but as a practical matter incorrect.
Post the information you have to back up your opinion , all you've done is copy and paste from another site !! At least you could've posted a link so we could read the full article you quoted from .
As do most members here. We don’t discount the possibility of a proper recomp. What we do is advise against it because for most people it is more efficient to do either a cut or a bulk to get their goals.
I’d also stop getting so defensive in your responses ffs, you sound like a child with something to prove and you’re lashing out. Do you want a golden star or something?
Post a before picture with a date. Do your lean bulk and post another picture with a date. Let’s see where you end up. These guys that are posting these reviews about 20 lbs of lean mass in 8 weeks are full of shit. Water retention , glycogen all play a factor. Think about it after only 5 cycles you’d look like Ronnie Coleman. It’s very hard to bulk without gaining fat.
Well maybe your confusing a cycle bulk or cutting and trying to do both. That's a little different
But if your diet is clean and adequate calories mixed with training and cardio absolutely can do both especially if you are overweight and out of shape. I'm doing it right now and I have lost body fat and gained muscle.
quickmaths22i'm doing a very high protein (400+grams a day) and fairly low carb (150 or less a day) and very minimal fats, trying to get down to 10% for summer and put on some size and we are quite time restricted
400+ protein. What do your calories look like
They look like 10 protein shakes a day if you ask me 400+ grams of food protein is going to include quite a bit of fat, even the leanest cuts of meat and fish have fat. So it would be just that, all protein food and nothing else or a ton of shakes.
quickmaths22try fairlife fat free milk
Increase treadmill incline and do a good walk pace for 45 minutes to 1 hour as many days as possible. Eat clean food. Sweat that fat off lol good luck buddy
