In northwest Georgia from hurricane Irma.. left sw Florida Thursday night with wife and kids, I remembered my test / tren, but forgot needle/ syringes . Anyone up in this area I can buy 1-2 from no idea on how long I'll be stuck up here worried about waiting too long for next shot .. thank you !

Have you tried going to a pharmacy and talking to them? There isn't a GA law requiring a prescription to buy a syringe. (same as florida) you just need a medical reason, like Testosterone Replacement Therapy. Vitamin B shots, etc.
No one is going to lock you up or ask for ID if you just ask where you can get them. In fact say the samething to them as you have here, "Excuse me sir. As your wife might say, this is one of those times you need to NOT act like a man, and ask for directions.

Google the syringe laws in GA. In my neck of the woods you can walk into a drug store and ask for what you need. Or just walk in and ask. Worst thing they will do is say no.
Tractor supply or feed store if your close to country
Feed store for sure just walk in with a cowboy hat and your golden they won't think any different
