keeping gains
ad
So ive been seeing a lot of stats of different steroids with ability to keep gains. What I am seeing is that test is usually listed as 3 out of 10 where as deca is 6/10 and winny 9/10. Is this just refering to weight gains or over all muscle gains being kept? It makes sent that it could be weight since with test you will retain more water.
can some one clear up these charts for me so I know what they mean by "ability to keep gains"
thanks

those charts are bullshit bro.
eg anadrol:
gains 10
ability to keep gains 1
then why would anyone use it?
oxymorons dont use an ai while on cycle and claim they gained 30 pounds!!
1/3 of what they gained was water. This is 2012, use an ai on cycle and dont count diana-bloat as gains.
A well prepared and agressive pct, plus even prevention of testicular atrophy while on cycle (clomid, naltrexone, hcg) will assist in holding gains, you start losing gains coz you bodys producing no testosterone, your diet hasnt been re-adjusted to your new bodyweight, your still training like your on gear, after cycle you shouldnt be trying to break any personal bests, and Ide train 1 day on 2 days off.
-Keep protien high!!!!
-Reduce carbs
-reduce fat
-maybe even use 20mcg of clenbuterol daily during pct aswell? Helps hold gains and take of abit of chub.
lol at diana-bloat
The good part of those charts is stacking. As you see how your body reacts to a simple grow n go you can then research on how to properly stack to aid your goals. Tred is master in diet/food to enhance those gains and keep them. Nothing is simple but researching everything first sure makes it easier. Those charts also show the gear that'd harsher to easier as well. But done correctly you can minimize the bad and grow.
There is much to be said about those charts, I ignore them completely. Over the years you learn what compounds assist in quality muscle gains. You will learn which compounds produce water more than others. Drol/Dbol are the worst. You will also learn that your diet and training must be year round or there isn't anything a compound can do to keep your gains. The biggest mistake we make is thinking that our diets end when we end our cycle. It goes 365 days a year if you want any sort of success. Training is also key to keeping gains. Most guys including myself train so hard during cycle when we come off it's so hard to stay in the gym. I have struggled with this for years. Now I learned that if I work @ 60-75% 3-4 days a week on my off cycles I almost always keep my gains. I concentrate on low intensity, high volume routines and acheiving hypertrophy on every set on my off cycles. It's hard to bust ass all year long, everybody needs time off. This thing isn't easy. If it was everybody would do it. IMO quality gains mean quality diet/nutrition and quality training year round.
Everybody's body is different.
Gains are variable from person to person, therefore the above data you have referred to is simply inaccurate since it does not encompass a person's diet, training protocol, cycle ingredient.
tread-mOther than gains of water or trash quality gains can. Be kept if the plan of action to keep is as was the plan of action to get them. If you put on 10 lbs of muscle I don't care what compound you use its keepable. You can't however gain the 10 lbs. With a =lean 4500 cal diet and expect it to stick around long if you drop back to 2500 cals. Does not work that way. If you achieve on cycle with big lifts and big diet then you roll yr round with big lifts and big diet, this way you can plan on keeping much of the gains. That chart means nothing to me, knowing how to roll off cycle is the whole deal IMO. . If you come off cycle on start slamming pizza and burgers and shoot up bf estro is coming with it to turn you to shit and the shbg with that to kill your natty test and the cycle meant little. Building is not done by the cycle its done by the year, all year or it went from building to just kinda fuggin around..lol ...look to the kitche n , not the compounds (365)
This is exactly the way I have felt about those charts. Just needed to make sure other people felt the same way.
