+ 1 It’s Ok Fellas

ad

I was getting carried away with the promos and after careful consideration of my training for the past months I’ve realized it’s not about how much gear you take but how hard you hit your workout and your fork.

Thanks for stopping me from doing further damage to myself.

Love you guys, no homo, maybe just a little bit to spice things up.

Isn’t that what you said last time when you got called out for running too much tren just to look like a novice level men’s physique guy? I’m seein a trend here... food sounds like it’s gonna be your greatest battle bro.

To be honest sometimes natural / off time sucks but trust me, in the end it gives u more results and staying healthy has definitely more priority than a few pounds more or less!

Train like an athlete, look like an athlete. Big barbell movements. Full ROM. Progression. Calisthenics. Conditioning work like farmer’s carries, sled pushes, or yoke walks. Light cardio. Maybe some plyometrics. And sure, throw in some dumbbell curls and lateral raises in there to ice the cake. Nothing wrong with that.

You don’t need steroids to do any of these things, but if that’s the route you’re bent on, tread cautiously and keep it low to moderate. That’s all you need. You simply don’t have enough muscle mass to call for heavy gear use. I’m glad you seem to understand this.

You will find in this game its a marathon not a race, even if you have plans to compete its better to take your time and do shit correctly and own it then try to take too many shortcuts and get fucked up. A muscular toned body made by blood sweat and tears looks better then a drug filled water bloated one any day.

Good attitude and humbleness goes a long way.
