Interaction with LE?

Just curious, but has anyone on here actually had any encounters with LE after making an order, or know someone personally who has? I've never seen anything about it actually happening to anyone other than suppliers in any forums or in the news. I remember seeing someone on one of the source reviews a few weeks ago claiming to have had a LEO come to their door and basically warn them to stop, but I got a sense it was a ploy to have gear resent to them. I've read plenty of posts on here about controlled deliveries and customs and so on, but I've never found one that talks about an actual experience.

I've gotten a letter in the mail from the dea about a pack containing 10 vials of test enanthate just that they seized it before but never a in person visit from LE
I actually got a call from the DEA and they told me to cut the shit! LOL
They had actually busted a src who still had my info and they were checking in with everyone on his list for health and safety reasons... I told them that it was actually good shit LMAO

Pertaining to ordering AAS...no..never been fkd with. I only order nowadays from a source that does not provide tracking or the likes..I have back in the day though. Even though tracking was provided I would never once click on it as that is my paranoid nature. I figured, they must have record of packages being checked on constantly during the process of delivery. After I submit donation...I literally forget about it. You must learn to be a natural liar if the day comes where shit does go down...false name, address other than where you live...fk outta here...in the words of Bernie Mac..."you aints got shiiihiiiitt goins on with me someofabitches!"
Yesss ive been raided and arrested infact im expecting another raid anytime I cant even drive to the gym without being pulled up and searched..... hide the paper trail and be smart house clean laptops clean and its always no comment. ..... ive been getting snitched so its a bit different. Feds actually slashed up my couches with stabkey knife etc.
Just curious as im in a different country: if they slash up your couch and theres nothing on it, will they pay for the damages caused by the search?
Not in any country in the world will they repay. Unless your so fucking innocent and you have a a huge wallet to pay an attorney. If they slashbyour couch break a door down they have probable cause. You won't win. Just go finance some more furniture with no interest for five years. Just stay clean and pay that shit off in four. Ha.
Im australia mate lol good luck.... it would mean starting a civil suit that would cost more for the first lawyers appointment than the couch was worth..... I learnt years ago..... they do what ever they want if need be....... ill tell you something. ..... it was too do with a bust from a huge ex source here and they intercepted a 3 thousand dollar order wich included script meds like viagra etc....... I got fkd by the cops and fkd by the guys I went in with to buy it....... I ended up getting looked after by the sources associate about 6 months later.... but once your raided for it they know and they dont give you peace.......

bigmurphMy experience controlled delivery I had tracked the pac so I new it was seized. They tried to deliver and I denied taking it and wouldn't sign.Then they arrested me it was HSI and the narc dept from my county sheriff office. Original charge was importation of a controlled substance. I sat in jail for a month and went to court. I didn't bond out because I thought I was going to get like 10 years maybe more. I went to my arraignment and they never got me from the holding cell they told me that I was scratched which means they cancelled my court date so I new something was wrong. When I got back to my pod I went and checked the kiosk to see what the computer said about my charges it said my charges were changed to a simple felony poss of a controlled substance. One of the happiest moments of my life. My court date was rescheduled for 2 months later when I went to court this time the state still had not filled formal charges and the judge almost threw out my case. So they filled out the paperwork and filed against me i plead no contest and the judge released me on r.o.r.. I got out that night had to be back to court 1 month later. I went to court and my pd told me if I plead guilty I could go home just sentenced to time served. Guck that though I wanted a withheld adj so I wouldn't be a convicted felon. I open plead to judge and he agreed with me and gave me 3 months and my withheld adj. I was cuffed and went and did my 3more months done deal.
Moral of the storybif you sign for your pac it doesn't just mean it was delivered when you sign you're signing that you are taking pocession of the pac and contents. Since I didn't sign I saved myself 10+years of my life behind bars.
If you even feel something is wrong with delivery let it go because losing 500$ compared to 10+years I don't think you even have to think about which one you would rather give up
Was it a big dollar pack or just a few things ? Just curious the amount of effort they will put in if its small/ semi small orders .

I bet you had a court appointed lawyer. You should have never been charged and if so any lawyer fresh from the bar exam could have had that dismissed the 2nd appearance. Bad luck.

Didn't have the money to pay a real attorney also I thought I was going away for a long time at first when I saw original charges. So I just got comfortable with what I thought was going to be my new home for awhile
Lesson learned, take out a loan, beg borrow or steal to be represented properly. I have a special account put aside just for these kind of things. I call it my " You are not gonna fuck me" account. Ever since I was railroaded when I was younger by a worthless public defender.
bigmurphIts true paid attorney and your going home as long as you did nothing violent you will get out on bond and worse case scenario you're going to be put on probation. If you have a pd you're going to sit in jail and there's a good chance you are looking at doing time
Like tony said thats not always the case, statistics, election time, the mood of the prosecutor and judge. I got away with some heavy shit and then got fucked on some simple shit many times.

Bullshit I had a non violent crime not once but twice and been denied bail. Case by case basis lol comes down to the judge and prosecutor. I always had a paid lawyer. Turn double digit sentences to singles if not got charges dropped. Public defender works for the same people trying to put you away double negative in my eyes.

Last I checked feds weren't too full. Prosecutor had it out for me and swindled the judge to her way.

Those days are long gone, changed my life when I had my son. If there was a next time it wouldn't be pretty armed career carries a heavy sentence. I work , go to the gym and come home , and eat of course.

I had a friend that was in danger of his life and shot a couple people trying to break in his place and ended up getting charged with manslaughter and sentenced to 6 years. Which he did 2 1/2, it came down to he didn't wait for the guys to get into his house before shooting. They were in the middle of.kicking the door down and he shot through the door. Had he would have waited for the door to break open and they enter the stand your ground law would have applied. They basically.tried to say you can't shoot a trespasser. Even know they were there cause bodily harm. The laws are so fucked up, a gun was on one of them. There is a case in Florida where a guywas trying to gain entrance into a house fell through the skylight and landed on a knife in the.kitchen which went through his leg and sued and won the case. Sometimes trouble finds you when your just minding your business. But I feel everything we experience in life is meant for us to.
bigmurphI live in censored if you're boy got hit with manslaughter for that he needs to appeal because in Florida you can shoot anyone who is committing a felonious act against you and home invasion is a felony that is actually a pbl in Florida your boy got fucked. But 6 yrs for manslaughter is light is there more to the story then these guys just showed up in the middle of the night and tried to break in. The cops are assholes but there not known for arresting people for defending themselves against someone trying to break down the door. It just sounds to me like there is more to the story.

Here you can be facing a million dollar bail , and get convicted of a misdemeanor.

No not at all drug charges and no flight risk at all made bail twice before and showed up for all court dates. When they want you they want you period there is no right or wrong.

TryHarder007When I was hit with assault and mencing i was even given the bail option. Luckily I spent only 4 days in before they dropped the case completely. My county is a punch of pussys we give light sentencing to even sex offenders its sickening..
