Injection frequency
ad
Whats good gear fam? Question about your injection frequency. If you have pinned 3 times a week m,w,f and twice a week did you see a difference with peaks and troughs? As well im only 3 weeks into a cycle so im all good to change frequency correct? On test cyp adding low dose bold in a couple weeks.

If I’m on cycle, I like EOD minimum. TRT is usually a lazy once a week.

This is a tool for you to input the compound,, ester, injection frequency, and cycle duration you want to analyze. It then graphs the concentration. You can play with the injection frequency to see what difference it makes.
MWF is better than twice a week. I feel noticeably better with that protocol on TRT compared to when I was dosing twice a week.
This is the way imo.
Great! Thanks everyone for the replies going to try m,w,f and next cycle probably going to go sust and then be more appropriate for everyday and see how i like that.
Daily. If you can…
You got some good answers below.
Consider everyday for the most stable or tried the m/w/f schedule for improvement.
I personally prefer the stability of daily dosing. I’ve tried twice weekly, three times weekly, and EOD, and daily has been noticeably better for me. One key factor is my very low SHBG, less frequent schedules felt like a rollercoaster.
With daily dosing, levels feel far more stable. If I miss a day, I barely notice it. The total daily dose is also lower, which seems to reduce aromatization to estradiol and minimizes the unpleasant side effects that come with elevated E2.
You can switch up the schedule whenever you want, but it does take a bit of time for the ester to fully align with the new dosing schedule.
I switched M,Th to M,W,F about 3 weeks into the start of TRT. I didn't pull bloods to see specific differences in peaks and troughs, but I could feel the difference and I started using a little less AI.
You should be good to just change frequency, I switched it up on a new week.
