Injectable l carnitine

Started this am l. Injected 1 ml subq in belly. It seems like the liquid never dispersed and is legit a ball at injection site. Anyone have this issue or any clue how I fucked up

Been using L-Carnitine for a few months. IM bothered me as much as subq. I go subq in glute and delts. Very little PIP and less annoying knots and usually go away within 12-24 hours. Im pinning 400-600ml. Stomach pin was terrible
I tried subq and it ended up with knots and after a few weeks my skin was literally going numb and felt bruised all the time. Switched to IM and it leaves some soreness for a day maybe 2 but way better. Just rotate injection locations a lot

I, IM that stuff straight to the glut.. take days off by drinking the liquid form of it to cut down on injections. Hit it from 2 angles then on the next cycle you'll have a raging libido.
