Igf-1 lr3 dosing/schedule
ad
Picked up a little igf-1 lr3, went browsing thru the forums of eroids history and not much of a clear consensus about its best use. Guys are using it pre workout, post workout, before bed, in individual muscles from anywhere between 25-100mcg/day on workout days or everyday.....
Was intending to start with 50 mcg/day pre workout on workout days in my abdomen for 4 weeks. If I believed it would make individual body parts grow I'd be pinning it into my cock a whole vial at a time.
Does that dose and schedule sound about right from the guys that have used it?

I always take 100-200mcg post training in the muscle I trained to help shuttle nutrients into the muscle. (That’s if I have it. I got a couple kits a year ago from a buddy who didn’t want his because it did nothing, he was gonna throw it out. I figured I’d try it)
To date there has been zero (double blind placebo controlled) studies showing any muscle/tissue growth from IGF-1 LR3 or DES. It simply does not build muscle nor burn fat.
Although it works similarly to insulin in that it can help moderately shuttle nutrients into the muscle. So in a sense you get improved nutrient partitioning.
But if that’s your goal, then just simply increasing your dose of AAS will do a far greater job for nutrient partitioning, albeit at a cheaper price too.
Increlex is the only IGF you wanna take, and it’s almost only fake. Even back when Rich Piana was alive he had said “I haven’t seen real increlex in 9 years”. So just stick with HgH.
In my opinion from my anecdotal experience IGF-1 LR3 is just a ridiculously expensive pre workout pump product. It won’t build any muscle.
I've been dabbling with IGF-LR3 as 20 mcg PWO and postworkout IM injections, bilaterally, into the target muscle from that session. Seeing some very interesting results slowly manifest. Making a point of sipping EAAs during the workout while running this.
FWIW - I have read here and on other boards that Jano testing has shown that pretty much every single IGF-DES submitted for testing is actually not IGF-DES, but IGF-LR3 is usually legit.
50mcg pre workout is fine. It’s got such a long half life pre vs post Is sort of a moot point. I would get a good intra workout with EAAs to sip on during your workout. You may or may not need some carbs with it, depending on when your last meal was. If you only have enough for 50mcg ed for 4 weeks then do that, but if you have more you could go up to 100mcg ED if you tolerate 50 ok. I’d also take it non work out days as well. You want the IGF-1 flowing on the days your resting and your muscles are rebuilding. But again if you only have enough for workout days for 4 weeks then do that. I’d rather run it 4 weeks for 4-5 days a week then 2.5 weeks 7 days a week.
Or get some DES and do 50mcg of LR3 and then put 25mcg of DES into each muscle trained pre workout for a total of 50mcg. When I say pre workout I mean like in your car in the parking lot before you walk into the gym lol.
Thanks man. I have enough for double what I was planning. So could definitely go 100mcg considering 50 goes well. I appreciate the advice, as always
DES is usually spot injection LR3 is systemic I believe. That looks like a solid way to start to me from what I’ve seen people do, but I was a big fan of Increlex (unmodified igf1) and now it just doesn’t exist for some reason. Me and @Gotem69 loved it, it worked. If the LR3 works well n is anything like that lmk how it goes cuz that shit was the absolute tits.
Loved that shit any other peptide igf never did crap for me doesn't matter what it was
Pre workout DES gives insane pump's.
I wish someone still made increlex. The ive always wanted to run it.
Hell yea. I will definitely report back
