Hungry or Full?
ad
So about 2 years ago i stopped being a bitch and really decided to take my physique to the next level. Ive always worked out and dieted since high school, but i mean really train like a beast and diet like a mother fucker. And since i started eating so much and so frequent i started noticing about a year ago i would get a feeling in my stomach but honestly couldt determine whether it was a feeling of being really hungry or really full. Its not that big of a deal cuz i dont let it affect what and when i eat, but nonetheless is still kinda wierd. Just wondering if any of you guys have experienced this? Or am i just a wierdo? Haha

I was just thinking about this the other day. I honestly lose the "feeling" of being hungry. It becomes so mechanical that I can't even tell when I'm hungry and not at some point. Weird
This has happened to me several times...or well, something like it. Sometimes, and ESPECIALLY on days I workout...my first post workout meal, which is usually around 40g protein, 60-80g COMPLEX carbs, fat ???...don't know, don't care, I just know it's there. I should make a better effort at counting my fats.
HEY!!!, BUT an hour later after I've finished, I felt like I was starving. It's weird. I've been eating 6-8 meals/day for many years now...and my metabolism just seems to take me for a ride sometimes. I usually wait another 30 min. and then just eat some more, usually a lil' more protein and some decent carbs again.
IN SUMMARY you are not a weirdo and you are not alone, that's the mighty metabolism working its magic!!
Insulin spikes?
Possibly de-hydrated from a lack of water intake. Try increasing the amount of water you consume and see if that helps
I understand where you are coming from. Sometimes when I eat a lot when I get the munchies at night, I know I am full but feel hungry. Can't explain why this happens. My stomach could be extended out from so much food but then my stomach growls and I'm hungry again like 20 min after eating. Prob has something to do with ghrelin.
AnonIt takes about 20 minutes for you body to register that your stomach is full. This is why it is recommended to take your time eating and to wait ten to fifteen minutes before getting seconds/thirds.
