+ 2 How I Maintain Privacy When Receiving Shipments
This is how I establish and maintain privacy when receiving shipments.
The first step is to establish an alternate ID. Some call it a fake ID, some call it a novelty ID; I call it an alternate ID. But how do you get one? Do an internet search for Novelty, fake, or alternate ID. I don't wish to say who I use because I'm new to this site and I don't want to be accused of whatever. I'm just trying to help those of you who may benefit from my experience. Have them make an ID and a vehicle registration from a state other than the state in which you live and in a name that's not yours. You have to have two forms of ID and I'll explain why below. The ID's I use look real and can be found on the internet. The ID's are from a different state from the one in which I live just in case they are not 100% accurate in detail. I mean really, who knows what drivers licenses look like from ten states away? Make sure the address on your alternate ID is a real address. You don't have to live there, nobody you know has to live there, and you'll never receive shipments there, but the address has to be real. I'll explain below.
The second step is establishing an alternate address. I don't mean a post office box, I'm talking about a place with a real street address that can receive packages. Again, I don't want to list the name of who I use, but they have stores all across the U.S.A. and there are probably 100 of them within a two hour drive of where you live. To establish this address you need to provide the two forms of identification that I talked about earlier. Give them your alternate ID and alternate vehicle registration. Make sure the address on the ID and registration are the same. When signing up for a mail box, you must give them your "permanent address" to link it to. This is where you use the real physical address, that is also on your alternate ID's, that I told you about earlier. If it's a completely bunk address it may not be recognized by the computer when the store's clerk is entering it into their system. Have the shipments sent to the name that is on the ID and the alternate address which is the new mailbox, that you're establishing. This new address will have a real physical street address for example: 123 Somewhere Street Box: # whatever. That Box number is yours. If it's Box 200 then you would have your packages mailed to Box 200. Got it? You could even have it sent to Apt. 200 and it would get there.
If anyone ever investigates, your alternate address will be linked to a legitimate address that you have no contacts with and that's also half way across the country. Your real name and real address are not tied to the real address or the alternate address in any way. Plus, if there ever is any investigation you would be long gone by then and here's how.
When you sign up with this company for your mail box you will have the option to pay for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. I always sign up for 3 months, receive a few shipments at that address, and then move on to the next store a county or two over, and start all over again. As a precaution, make sure the new store is not owned by the same person that owned the previous store. How would you know this? Simple enough, when you sign up they give you a business card with the owner's names on it!
I don't receive a large amount of product with each shipment, typically what I can use in a two month period. That's also a small enough amount to fit in a small mail box and they provide you a key to get your packages. That way you don't have to interact with anyone at the store. Some of these stores even give you a key to the front door to get your packages when they are closed! I prefer these stores and I prefer to get my packages when they are closed.
For added security, I have three different ID's when opening new mail box accounts. And of course I use the alternate ID, when it's required, when sending payment for product. Never use your real name and real address for anything!
The ID's and boxes cost me an extra expense of about $500 per year but to protect my privacy it is well worth it.
I know this is a detailed explanation of how I maintain my privacy but in a nutshell it's pretty simple: 1) establish alternate ID 2) establish alternate address 3)order and pay for product using name on alternate ID 4) receive product at alternate address 5) after 3 to 6 months establish new alternate address 6) repeat every 3 to 6 months.
I've been doing this for several years and it's worked like a charm each time. I hope this helps anyone who needs it. Thanks.

It's a long post I know. But it only takes about 2 weeks to get your alternate ID and about twenty minutes to establish a new address. Once you do that your privacy is pretty much guaranteed. Thanks for the mark.
All of the above is an internet board game and something no one here would do in real life. ;-)
56toomarked. All that to get a couple mos worth of gear? I think thats going to great extremes for nothing really. I mean you'd probably get in more shit for the ids than u wld. for the gear. Very interesting though. Thanks
Yes, your right,........and a former MOD of this site would not get in trouble by showing this tat's on the internet.
When I was growing up in the 50's, we were taught, the cops were the good guys, now .............. the cops are tax collectors with guns in gang colors.
