How do you track your cycle

ad

I don't know if I'm just a knucklehead, but sometimes I wake up in the morning and can't remember whether or not I'm supposed to take a shot that morning. This is especially a problem if I'm running different compounds that need to be taken at different intervals.

My solution has been to have a paper calender, and just write down what I take each day. That way I can look at it and figure out when I last took what. However I'm think that setting up a Google Calander with alerts might be a better option.

How do you guys do it? Give me some ideas.

I use a graph. I actually draw it up myself in calender form and log everything with code names. Prop is "InstaBoner". Tren a is "ChooChoo". EQ is "NomNom". You get the picture. Maybe i'm paranoid but I don't like writing everything down. I used to use my phones Calender/reminders but stopped that

I love the codes... I do the same and when people see the calender they are so confused.. and I just smile and say it is for my kids...

Love it...I was thinking I need to the same thing.

Well what I did was take my shots of enanthate m/w/f and I take 0.125mg Arimidex daily. Instead of 0.25mg eod.

Excel is definitely the way to go bro!

I printed the sheet out and just highlight the days I'm done with.

Helps putting it next to the door to not forget it though.

thats a good idea.

set an alarm on ur phone. it will ring and tell u what u should take on the same exact time everyday

^^^^^ this for me too. I don't tend to forget pins, but thing like caber e3d etc I'd lose track of otherwise.

get a pill box and have everything ready for the week!!! that's what I do!!!

I place my entire cycle and pct in excel. I chart costs, plasma levels, half life, active levels and the exact days I have to take shots and pills. This is extremely easy to do and I love it! I'll post a pic later tonight

hey I would like to learn how to do that as well... FR sent

See below bro.

Yes I use formulas and graphing to chart my plasma levels. I simply copy and paste my shot schedules. I talk about it a little in a paper I wrote for eroids. I list the equations I used and a little about why I use themt. I suppose we could start a group for this sort of stuff. I even thought of naming Roid College lol! There would be analytical papers and discussions about the math and science behind the cycles as well as supported data from journals so to speak.

I'm just using google spreadsheet as an AAS calender to keep track of things otherwise, I'd forget what the hell I was suppose to take and when to take it. Works great for me. I suppose google calender could work too.
