High BUN level?

Any advice on keeping them low??? 4 months ago my BUN level was high. My doctor said that was normal because I was fasting for 12 hrs prior to blood withdrawal for lab.

where you on cycle then? urea is created when your body breaks down protein. high and consistent water intake should keep it flushed and regulate your levels
