Wow...sorry guy's
I really thought it was a killer article.
I didn't read the rules on copy&paste...I just thought it was one of the best informative articles for young guys to read.
Well shit...my intentions were good...
Lession learned!!
Pick it up bro........ work harder, heres +3 to get you rolling again.... you have a good attitude!... just get things right next time .
Hey thanks man....I should've referenced the article upon reviewing the rules.
Won't happen again..
I just changed the title slightly OK.
TARANISSo very slightly lol, they just seem to keep on coming, don't envy the MODS clean up.
i think a post should be started about suggestions to knock this on the head,if there is already could someone point me in the right direction
peace
TARANIShad a thought about age restriction, but would be very hard to implicate, and also giving noobs access to lmtd areas where they are not encouraged or helped with cycle advice ,obviously it would be so easy to get round the age restriction unless there was an air tight way that the had to prove there age,i have some other things in mind which need more thought,as the whole situation is getting ridiculous ,also hate the fact of new members even lvl 2,3 and above giving cycle advice to children shame on them in my book totally irresponsible with no mention of the health issues.
peace
my post in general is wide open for any comments you may have bro.
Please do not plagiarize. You can summarize and post the link, and even add or interject your personal experiences or thoughts. But do not cut and paste.

TARANISwell spotted bruv, just read the link ,i actually thought this guy had something to offer, but if you have to refer to and copy someone elses post down to the letter then he was obviously not capable of writing this knowledge off the top of his head through learning or knowledge +1 to you and will be taking my point back from him,
no excuse.

OH no!... not another "copy + paste " cowboy........... This is against the rules if the link is NOT submitted for copyright reasons...... looks like somebody else is gonna get their legs slapped here.
IRONY - this guy just opened an acct Jan 8 LOL!
and he was doing so well up to now......... trying to hard sings to me with this guy!,, karma hunter.
Thanks Greg
good post.. my main mistake in the beginning was to downplay the importance of diet.. that's the number 1 tool in a bodybuilders arsenal, if your diet its not dialed in, its like swimming upstream you never get nowhere.
RustyhookerNice read! Longevity means being that guy/gal in the gym at 50+ and still has the 25yo body and HEALTHY. Not burnt out and limp before 30.
TARANISAs HLWDFBOY said you could maybe edit the title to something like adverse health effects of using AAS's to young, miss out the noobs bit
I appreciate the post but the title is less then desirable... We don't want to start a trend of members bashing the noobies... Leave that to the MODS
TARANISyeah i could see how it could turn into that,on the ball yet again bro
Sirk1981When I hit 30 I started looking into AAS, and was still told that I should wait. I did my research for two years while hitting the gym even harder before I started. +1
TARANISAgain thanks for taking the time to write this,i was considering writing this up myself, considering the climate here at the moment, but unfortunately youngsters know it all these days and are reluctant to listen, people just want the quick fix and that just doesn't apply to AAS's regardless of the health issues +1
Hey bro. Thanks for writing that. More of us need to use something like your post as a base and expand on different details. It's all good bro and all so very true. Everyone wants a shortcut with AAS and steroids just don't deliver . . .
