Here We Go

Ok people, it’s been a very very long time.
I have not worked out in a year. I tore my pec for the second time and am unable to get surgery to fix it this time.
Right now my plan is to go back into my old lifting plan(minus chest day) and add in a 2000 yard swim a day.
I want to do this for 6 months and then consider a cycle
For the first time in 5 years
Anybody have experience with this injury? Anyone with insight into how to get back into it? I can’t seem to find any motivation
Diet is easy, I know that’s step number one. But any help is appreciated

Low weight more reps, take it easy, listen to your body.
Plenty of rest mate.
Stretch, stretch and more stretching prior to any workouts involving pec group even delts and triceps are gonna be touchy for a while. Damn man, glad to see your back in the game. Best advice from my start and stops is the slower the better.
It may take a bit longer than 6 months to get peak before a full gain cycle but a repair cycle would be pretty advantageous. Have you considered a cruise cycle (to get back to par) with an off cycle then a full cycle??
May I ask how you tore your pec the 1st and 2nd time?
Yes, I have a few tears in my left pec for years. Everyone thinks its gyro lol. I worked through these injuries and eventually they healed albeit the gyro look is not appealing.
I can't tell you what to do because I don't know the extent of the injury. If it's off the bone then you need surgery. If not you may be able to do gradual light workouts and bring it back though it may never look right. Good luck.
Ace VenturaHoly shit. TED.
I used TB500 500MCG stacked with BPC 157 500MCG shots(not pills they don't work)directly into the injured muscle or closest to the tendon as possible. I had a blown out shoulder(couldn't do a push up) & wrecked Knees(couldn't squat without pain). I'm back to benching 400 & squating 400 again. It took 6 months of injections as much as possible, or as much as I could afford at the time. I tried to do the shots daily!!!My shoulder joints & knees feel like
they did when I was 25 & I'm 47 now. Do research & find a Good source! Good luck & I hope that helps. If it a partial tear and re attaches by miracle don't bench anymore! Just do Hammer Strength machines! I don't know anybody who's ever torn a PEC doing Hammer Strength chest machines! Can't say that for benching.
Mastinos55combine those two you mentioned with this ACE-031 peptide and the healing process is much faster
my shoulders where killin me since years in 4 weeks all gone
I'll try it!
Mastinos55its not cheap!
StevebUse TB500 with a supplement not without
Yep, i tore my pec a long ago (also had an operation) and it was still fucked, i followed a protocol using tb-500 and it was amazing (like truly amazing, not a slight rehab).
Also i fucked my knee a long time ago and i have plans of following the same protocol that i used for my pec tear.
Btw im also an ex pro swimmer and if you try to swim freestyle or butterfly and your pec is still fucked you are going to make everything worse, i would try to swim backstroke because you also use your pecs a bit and in a better way.
I would start swimming backstroke, then breaststroke and finally freestyle, at a slow steady pace.
Makes since
I also agree with TB500 and mix with 157 as well
I know what it's like to have injuries and be down and out not really have the motivation because you can't go all out. I feel your struggle
Good info +
