Every time I log out it won’t let me log back in.

Your password is wrong.

Also, when I change my password …….. it’s not saving the new one.

When you change your password and are able to "Save" the profile, the new password is set.
Your browser is most likely entering your old password in the field.

1. Type out your password manually.
2. Remove/update your password within your browser's "password manager"
