Help me understand what happened with this blood test.

Ok i just got my 3rd blood panel and the last results are BAFFLING ME.
Baseline TRT (150mg pharm)
Total T = 1400
Free T = 300ish
2 weeks at 300mg (150mg pharma and 150mg UGL)
Total T = 2400
Free t = 850
400mg (200 pharma and 200 UGL) LITERALLY SAME VIALS. THESE BLOODS WERE TAKEN 3ish weeks later.
Total T = 1320
Free T= 300
This test came back even lower than my baseline trt. The only difference between the last test and the 2nd test was it was taken 2 hours EARLIER in the day.
Same exact vials
Everyday pins in morning
No other changes.
I also have the janoshik results pulled from the exact same vial (the UGL stuff is actually overdosed by almost 15% lol)
I’m so confused.

I’m going with some kind of testing error. Were you doing these dosages and tests just to collect data?
You're not getting enough tested. You need SHBG and this Testosterone Test needs to be a sensitive test. You need FSH and LH to see where your natural production is, and I would also go ahead and get sensitive E2 while you're at it. If you are shutting down, your T will be affected and less table that someone already shut down.
A crushed SHBG means you will have higher free T, and also metabolize Test much faster. My SHBG of 7 means I am chewing through Test E (baseline to baseline) in about 3 days. I also have massive free T, accordingly.
Other things like Magnesium and Zinc can effect how you utilize Test.
But anything is a guess because there isn't enough info here.
It could be a lab error and some of it can also be your natural production decreased and SHBG factor. Your body may be adjusting to the increase dosage and metabolic clearance. I would keep blasting and test again.
Ah thats interesting. Maybe my body finally shut down. I’ve been on trt for about 5 months total now tho. Could be. Will def continue business as usual and just chalk this one up.
Any changes in SHBG? Same lab for all three test?
Same lab…quest. None of my tests have pulled shhh so I actually don’t know. Would shbg effect total t?
Don’t put all your marbles on this but I believe if SHBG rises, there’s a possible free t can drop while total t stays relatively the same.
You are correct. I have low SHBG and high free test levels.
Free t would def drop, but my total tanked by 1k. At this point im thinking someting just happened with this draw. It’s honestly the only explanation given the dramatic drop and 0 change to variables (other than increasing weekly dose).
So odd and honestly a bit frustrating.
Could be a lab error. Best course of action is just to blast 4-5 grams and see if that helps
