I've been a lurker for a while and a member of other boards but finally decided to post on here. 29 6' 175lbs. I've felt the typical low t symptoms for the past few years. I've always felt like I was complaining but I knew something wasn't right. I'm on zoloft 50mg and I have a vericocele which may be the cause of the fsh being high. My test was 330 when I got my blood work done a month ago but it was on a full stomach so I decided to do it again first thing in the morning. So what do you guys think?

How is your diet? As in, are you eating QUALITY food (ie, no fast food/sugary beverages/ect). Eating veggies with every meal? Eating lots of nutrient dense foods?

How are you sleeping?
Check thyroid like Dacky said
How is your sex life?
How often do you shit? What does your shit look like?
What's your body temp 3 hours after you wake up? Take this 30 min away from food or drink
Happy with your life?

Yes, all these things matter.

Maybe try clomid to determine if you're primary or secondary. If your secondary, it also might make you feel good. Some people do fine on clomid and don't get sides at doses like 25 mg EOD. Low T sucks ass, as you know. I wouldn't jump right into TRT if you don't have to. This problem might be correctable. Exhaust all options before making that commitment

Agree with all the below. Get your thyroid function fully checked too. A poorly functioning thyroid cluck lead to low T. This insert checking.

It's low for 29 have you used aas before? I would try pct first before trt trt isn't all it's cracked up to be ... For some of us there is no other option there are lots of things that can cause low t. I would find an endocrinologist and see if they can find a reason you need lots more bloodwork imo before you go on the needle

Nice post brother. Couldn't agree more about TRT. My endo had me run a full clomiphene protocol before jumping into Testosterone.

Nope never have before. I'm planning on seeing one here soon after I meet with my gp. I really don't mind the trt. I just want to feel better. Pct may work though.

I fully understand how you feel .....like crap I'm sure I been there try standard pct protocol then get blood work to see if your body can still make test at a high enough level for you to feel good naturally if it doesn't respond to pct then go to other options

At only 29 you may want to look into any natural ways of boosting test, ie healthy diet, healthy fats, heavy lifting, the typical supplements. Get your bloods done again in the morning after a few weeks of some of the changes. If it's still low, maybe consider hcg/hmb therapy, or if you're not worried about having kids...though you're still young, so think hard and long about it, you may be a candidate for trt. Could be the base of depression and higher test with proper ai, keeping that estradiol down (around15-20) you may be able to ditch the zoloft.
