hair loss or paranoia!??

ad

Hi people

So I have been on test for 3months now. My problem is that a few weeks ago I was playing with my hair, running my fingers through it pulling it abit etc.

I looked at my fingers after and there was a good amount of hair inbetween my fingers. Sad face. Maybe 25-50 in total. Now almost daily i do the same and see the same. I even try to kid myself by not putting any effort in and they are still there afterwards in my fingers.

Obviously I'm shit scared of hair loss, so I've read and I've learned that it might be normal hair loss as the body loses 100 hairs a day. But I've never noticed that before and its a shock to see that much of my hair in my fingers.

Should I start FINASTERIDE?
Does anyone else comb hair with fingers and see hair loss?
How would I know if it is MPB being sped up by test. 500mg a week. What would be the signs

There doesn't seem to be a lot of info on hair loss on bodybuilding forums. It's like a taboo subject and it gets trolled by all the baldies telling people to shave it off

Please help guys, its getting me down

I know this post is a bit older but I wanted to give guys like us that have male pattern baldness some hope if they are concerned about hair loss with trt or aas usage. All the other post have great info about holding off hair loss as long as possible but we all know the only permanent solution is hair transplants if you are mpb prone. I want to make everyone aware of new hair transplant technology I have been researching. It is called ARTAS robotic assist hue hair transplants. The breakthrough is that the doctors no longer have to physically remove and transplant each follicle, which makes the process so labor intensive and expensive. The doctor programs and gides the robot similar to how custom lasik eye surgery maps your eyes and the changes to make. The robot even knows which follicles will be most likely to take transplantation and know which direction to implant in order for the hair to grow in the most natural direction per your individual circumstances. It is still an expensive endeavor to get hair transplants depending on your personal stage of hair loss but as this tech becomes more common place for transplants the price will become more affordable for everyone. It will probably take five years or so for prices to come down considerably but it will. For instance, I had custom lasik surgery 4-5 years ago and I paid $4,000. It would have been $5,500 if I financed it. Recently I have heard from others that had the surgery and seen advertisements for as low as $299 per eye from very well respected lasik vision institutions. The price will also depend on where you live in the country or world. I live in a huge vanity market where they sell plastic surgery like combo meals at fast food restaurants so it will reach areas like mine first but I am sure it will be available and affordable to the majority in the future.

Don't run test that high again. Different drugs are going to help you make gains and not lose your hair. Start using minoxidil and ketoconazole shampoo now and what you lost will grow back and you most likely won't lose more if you choose the right compounds. The links Steve gave you will give you good info so check those out. If you need a specific question answered shoot me a pm

OK thanks, as this is my first cycle I guess I found out I'm prone to baldness.

@Lordofthegains (hilarious name, by the way), is baldness in your family at all?

I take after my dad, alot. He still has a full head and my two younger brothers are fine too. My mums father did go bald young. Which scares me, but I feel I take after my dad in looks, as my mother is blonde blue eye and my dad is blk hair brown eyes. I have heard its your mothers father. But surely there would be some signs of receding before I started this cycle.

That amount of hair in your hands after running your hand through your hair is not normal. Your on an accelerated path to shaving it off if you continue cycling.

Thanks, if it helps I kinda comb with the fingers and then make a fist and then pull the fist away from my hair. I don't really pull it hard so to speak.

This is bad news as MPB is the main side effect that I was afraid of. Thanks again for your help
