Gyno Disappearing Act

Had a litte bit of a nickel sized fat deposit on the top of the right nipple from the last cycle, which was nearly 3 months ago. The gyno was the result of what I think were bunk serms used during pct. Anways I woke up this morning it is no longer there!!! I have not taken anything since the last run.... how did this happen?

hormones returned to normal, no more fluctuations or imbalances, also may not have been a gyno lump, could have been imflamed mammary gland.
