ad
I done my research and i have had man boobs for a little over 6 years been going to the gym workig out my chest but the fat is still there i was wondering if it was gyno but it turns out there is 2 types of gyno......
1.gyno
2.pseudo gyno
Im starting to believe that i have pseudo gyno and i was thinking in taking letro to see if it will go away along with me still doing my routine going to the gym....

diet and cardio until you can see abs. If it's still there then bump this thread. Exhaust options before medicating.
ok amigo few questions, was the lump around the nipple less pronounced or non existent when your bf was lower? Have you used aas in the past? and did this start to develop at puberty?
Ok a little history i was a little fatty 8th grade i would say obese lost alot wieght in football legs grew exept for chest muscle wise i was 170lb 5'10 not sure body fat
I gained wieght junior year and started losing it in college started putting muscle on but had fat ....
Joined to srrve my country and i went back down to 170 i had a V but i still had my boobs i dont have a picture of them after that then i put on some wieght 230 due to work not able to keep diet steady and now i been working out about 6 monthz straight and nothing still the same the way you see in the picture ....
My buddies always told me i might have gyno but i didnt think so till now that i putting in hard work and its still the same....
What you think?
at this point it's still hard to say with certainty, just keep pushing yourself brother it can be up to a couple of years til you not only drop that bf but maintain a lower bf percentage to see just how much of that you'll lose. imho I'm willing to bet that mass surrounding your nipples will diminish if not completely disappear leaving you with just a puffy look to the nipples. I speak from experience brother, from early childhood about the time of puberty and after my discharge from the Corp and suffering from a back injury leading up to corrective surgery I also was and had gotten a little soft in the mid section and chest. the last to go was the fat in my chest and love handles. early on if I didn't keep my estrogen in check my nipples would or will get a little puffy other than that by embracing this lifestyle and thru proper nutrition I am good to go and hope the same applys to you. also few things to consider especially now that your using gear. always get your labs done pre and post cycle you'll need to keep your eye on estrogen and prolactin levels especially. train your chest hard the bigger your upper chest is less prominent it will be. if you don't know your AI's and serms already, do research lean everything you can. so many people focus on the aas compounds and don't put much effort into post cycle therapy knowledge.
I done alot research but not enough still learning alot im going to do research on ai and serms ill keep updated in a while see how it goes
I looked at your picture. My guess is it's pseudo gyno. I'd try dropping some more bf and seeing how it does.
Recent diet:
5:00: 4 eggs boiled
8:00: oatmeal w/ green tea
1200: steak or chicken quinoa rice 1/3 cup
Carrots and asperigas
300: 2 scoops protein
600: same as lunch
It wouldn't hurt to lose a little bf when you are at 19%.
Thats the thing when i was down to 10% because of mil. I still had them
was wondering the same thing it would feel like a small disc? if no lumps of any sort I would say fatty deposit
I looked at the pic is its lumpy at all?
No lumpy at all if i really really pinch hard ill fell like bb size balls
I agree with vike pictures other then that its all a guessing game on our end.
Just uploaded it
picture would be best before a diagnosis........ to be sure its not fatty deposits.
