Good coaches in the industry

ad

many of you guys on this site are looking for ways to take it to the next level. With no disrespect, a lot of you guys look at my age and laugh saying this kid has no idea what he is talking about, but what you dont know is my mentor worked for weider and he is a very well known man, he held Mr. Yates hand up and the Olympia numerous times and was very close with all of the pros and he is very knowledgeable, so i believe to have some idea of what i am talking about, being that i am not very active on this site i think i am going to start becoming a lot more active and post in the forums section a lot more, i think that to take your training you need a good coach, the internet is a very sketchy place, many post in forums have no idea what they are talking about and get these outlandish ideas from other ppl who post nonsense on these forums and others just regurgitate what they hear, there are many good coaches out there. I honestly think one of the best coaches out there is Dave Palumbo, he is very knowledgeable and was actually Pre-Med so if you are going to go with someone i would suggest it would be him

Its not about, "the best coach in the industry." Its about the best coach you have access too. I feel like I missed the point of your post.
