Getting extreme PIP after YEARS with no problems, why?

ad

Hey guys, so I've been cycling on and off consistently for the last 6 years. I have never had trouble with pinning, ever. I alternate glutes and have rarely if ever got PIP or even soreness.
Until recently, I did have to take a round of antibiotics for an eye stye, I was still pinning 500 mgs of test c twice a week and as soon as I was done with the antibiotics, every time I pin has been excruciating. The pip is terrible and the swelling and pain last for several days, sometimes extending over a week. It even feel like im diminishing muscle fibers and I am very worried.
Does anybody have an answer to why this is happening and what I can do to get back to my body accepting the injections normally.
I used to look forward to pinning because thats how painless and easy it was. Now I fear it and I want to quit but I've invested so much time and money into my cycle and progress so far

If this was your first cycle then this wouldn’t be an uncommon reaction to pinning. But having done this for years and all of a sudden you’re getting extreme PiP and swelling at the injection site, that’s not normal. Maybe the antibiotics have something to do with it. Or maybe you got bad gear. This isn’t a high MG/ML concentration is it? If you’re only running test then it doesn’t cost much to grab a couple vials from another source and see if it goes away.

I been on antibiotics and gear at the same time more than a few times and I can’t recall this ever happening. But response is individual

I've been using same test from same supplier for years, I was 3 quarters through this 20ml vial when the reactions started and I have 2 more vials of it.. sucks if I have to switch but I will try and see if that helps.
I have a sore lump thats lasting a week and a half at this point, I can't keep pinning like this

If under the same conditions (same brand, dosage, needle size) you’ve started experiencing PIP, it's possible that the manufacturer has changed part of the composition. For example, grape seed oil tends to cause PIP more often than MCT oil due to its viscosity. In this case, you can either try another product based on MCT oil, or check with the manufacturer to see if the product's composition has changed in recent years.

Well that’s even more weird. But It’s possible something got into the vial 3/4 of the way through. Unlikely but maybe one of drawing needles had something on it. I’ve never heard of extreme pip like this out of the blue using the same vial of test that previously gave no pip. Other than a 1 off bad injection. But this wasn’t just 1 time right? It’s been multiple?

But I would definitely open up another vial and try it.

It sounds like your getting a bad reaction to how they made the gear or the carrier oil. Switch brands and see if the problem persists.

It happens. No idea why. I get PIP or heartburn from almost everything now. Sucks

It's rare but interestingly antibiotics can actually alter your immune response, so you could be experiencing hypersensitivity or inflammation from it...
Is this Test you're using the same you've always used? Potentially try a different brand of Test or even better a different carrier oil to see if that helps?

Yep same test from same source, and I was 3 quarters through a 20ML vial when I started having reactions
