Fried receptors

ad

One thing I'm aware of when considering using steroids and planning a cycle, is overuse and "frying your receptors"

But what I want to educate myself on, is what that actually looks like.

I understand that our androgen receptors can become saturated from running a cycle for too long or by using dosages that we simply aren't ready for, and this will cause negative feedback from our CNS.

But what does that look like in terms of side effects and symptoms (from mild to extreme) and what would be the recommended treatment aside from discontinuing the cycle and getting bloods done and possibly organ imaging?

All feedback welcome. I think this is a very necessary dialogue.

I use to come off completely for six months then come back on. This time I used 75 mgs of testosterone for a few months before coming back in and my results are much better. So I think the fried receptors thing is bulkshit.

Fucking broscience at its best here. You don't fry or saturate receptors with AAS usage. You actually upregulate them. Look up the term myostatin. That is the issue.

See, I've heard this expression, but I can't actually explain what is going on internally (i can have a good guess but you don't want to be guessing when it's serious), what the symptoms might be, and what treatment would be needed. We talk a lot about preventative measures/medicine but maybe not as much about restorative treatment.
