any former fat boys in here i was 300lbs when i was in middle school started lifting freshman year i was at 215 my senior strongest kid in my high school just wondering how many ffb there are in here.

I was around 310 4-5 years ago. I lost 100 lbs and been trying to build up ever since.
Was 260Lbs in 1994. Now I am 185, 6'2" and 9.6%BF 42 Years Old. Now I am struggling to gain Solid Mass!!!

FFKA or "Former Fat Kids of America" 200lbs in 8th grade couldnt bench 95 lbs....started football next year dropped to 150lbs and grew a few inches.
Former fat boy right here as well....graduated high school at 300pounds. Feels good to be in shape and now all the hot girls that didnt talk to me in school all want the D!!! haha love it.
