+ 1 For the Younger Guys/Girls

ad

Personally I started very young on AAS. My main issue is with the age people start, it can and often will have some negative impact on your body as you are not fully grown naturally often until you are into your early twenties You may think you are but more often than not you are not. Training correctly with a good diet in this period of development (mid teens to early twenties) can produce some great results if you have the patience and the right approach along with the right genetics and health.

Natural foundation for one person can be very different for another, so the term can be confusing. What I would say is really it is going to take you 2 years of regular training in the gym to learn how to move the weights in correct form and eat in a better fashion and then some good results should show over this period. It took me longer as I did not have eRoids and all the forums to guide me, no coach, I had to make friends in the gym and get to grips with it all in my head as there was too much conflicting information around from the mags back then and that was about all I had access to.

Its a bit different nowadays, you have alot more information, if you can find the RIGHT places like eroids or you are being trained by someone who knows the game then you have the chance to progress quickly and learn the rights and wrongs much quicker. Its all down to circumstances really, but IMO you need to learn the weight training fundamentals, put them into practice in great form over the years with a steady decent diet before you start aas. I am most likely talking to a brick wall when I say this, as it was said to me and I did not listen, but when you are young the decisions you make often will have effects on you for the rest of your life, so if you are going to start hormones at a young age make sure you've done your homework and understand the possible consequences of your actions. Do not be ignorant in your decisions especially in regards to your health like I was.

My strongest advice to ANYONE, especially a young person is stay away from any form of recreational drugs, excessive drinking/partying and even from hormones and learn to be happy and content without them. The moment you train your mind to need these things you always will need them to feel happy and you will never truly be happy with lots of Sins on your shoulders. Hormones are certainly the lesser evils of narcotics and I would rather for any young man or woman be in the gym working hard and using some form of "development" drug to achieve this than hanging out of bars being sick, toilets with powder down your face or shooting crack and/or meth in some park. I love bodybuilding but I think the if you can find your space in this world without doing anything like this that involves drugging yourself and most of all be content with what your doing then you do that as that is the best path for you.

Back off the drugs and do some research on training and diet. Have patience and discipline. Don't rely on aas to make up for that lack of discipline.
