Feeling lethargic past couple days

ad

So I;ve been feeling very lethargic the last couple days. Im only 3 weeks in on a test e/tren e cycle and Im currently running only 40mg/day of tbol. Im takin liv.52 and TUDCA, plenty of water, all essential vitamins/glutamine/bcaas and diet hasn't changed. I have been taking 6.25mg aromasin e3d or so when needed. Maybe up the aromasin? Or any other thoughts?

Good advice from bros & sis below. Do you have a dopamine agonist on hand?

Awesome. Sounds well planned. Need BW as indicated below, then go from there. Are you administering the exemestane in the morning?

Administer in the morning. Are you lethargic all day, especially when you become still? Do you have any acne or edema in your ankles?

I know its three weeks into your cycle, but BW is the only way to see if variances exist in either E2 and/or thyroid. How many times have u cycled tren?

Have you started your cabergoline?

How much test are you taking?? Depending on that you could have really high estrogen as your aromasin dose is really low.

Well ur already at a low dose of aromasin..I was at 12.5 ed and felt real lethargic cause my estro was to low, once I went to 6.25 I felt fine again..so definentky check ur thyroid out cause I highly doubt the aro at that dose is bottoming out ur estro

Tren surpresses thyroid function in a lot of people and one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism is lethargy. Blood work is the only way to tell.

Many Tren users need to supplement with T3 but blood work is needed to justify that.

it should be T4 because what they need to kick it up is the conversion into T3 ...definitely requires blood work though

With Tren, the supplementation is T3 directly, with HGH, it's T4 because the conversion process from T4 to T3 plays a role in IGF-1 production. But, with Tren we go right to the active hormone. The blood test will reveal a normal level of T4, perhaps a slightly elevated TSH, and low T3 on Tren.

Few thghts get blood work to know for sure everything is in check. Maybe ur thyroid is down. Or it could be the aromasin I read a post of ifit how he figured switching from aro to adex took away the lethargic feeling but I could be wrong n not remember it correctly.
